This is good quality honey at a reasonable price (even in this economy.) However, it seems lately all of my shipments have been crystallized. This makes it almost impossible to dispense. If you try to force the crystallized honey out it will force the cap off and then you have quite the mess on your hands. The taste is spectacular. But after it sits for more than 5 days, it is impossible to get honey out of the container. I let it sit in hot water for 30 minutes before we could get the sweet goodness.

While I prefer Nate’s honey in the plastic container, it came to mind to give the pouch a whirl. Same great honey—I’m just not sold on the pouch packaging arrangement. Perhaps it makes me feel like an astronaut or like I’m prepping for a zombie apocalypse. I just don’t know. Was Nate pressured into a pouch? Has Nate also started cutting his hair differently? Nate? Cough once if you’re ok, twice if I need to send help. We’re here for you Nate—maybe this is just a phase, like guys who work in tech feeling like they need to wear a vest? This honey is usually very good when I buy it from a store. Unfortunately, this product was very bad. I had the same problem as one of the other buyers who left a similar review. This honey was solidified, not smooth at all. The cap must be removed for the honey to come out, as it doesn't fit through the squeezer cap due to it's crystal sandy texture. This is great tasting honey, easy to squeeze out, but dries out too quickly. When I received Nate’s Pure, Raw and unfiltered, the honey appeared to start the crystallization process. Halfway through the first container, the crystallization was quite advanced and difficult to squeeze out. In between uses the lid was on tightly. I had gotten the squeeze bottle to avoid crystallization. Am starting the second container. If I have a different outcome I’ll post it. ... show more

I ordered this brand because I saw it on my fetch app. So I figured it had to be good BUT I was very disappointed when it arrived as it was already crystallized. I know it doesn't make the honey bad but let's face it, it has to sit around a really long time to reach that point. I could of returned it or asked for a refund BUT let's face it everybody complains these days About everything. I didn't want to be one of those people who is just never happy with anything. So I guess it was another lessened learned on my part. Also it is a hassle to go through the process of making a claim, returning the object to a certain drop off point when there is only 1 & it is on the other side of town or a small drop off box at a mall. So I give them 2 stars because of the fact it was on time & the return issue is not their problem. It was not fresh Raw honey in my opinion & I have had lots of raw honey ... show more
