I really like this light. Just as easy to install as any light. It has a lot of different colors, regular and daylight options, and a dimmer for the white lights. The remote control is a nice feature. The only issue I would take with it is if you lose the remote or you lose it or break it the light will be stuck on whatever type you chose last and there is no way to manually change it. I guess you can buy a replacement remote for it but you should be able to manually change it. Other than that it works great. ... show more

I got two of the lights and they were easy to install flush to the ceiling. One of the remotes didn't work and the support was so responsive and helpful. They sent me a replacement right away and it worked. I need more lights as I update my house so that is how you create loyalty.

Needed to replace the 30 year old ceiling fixture in my daughters room. It hugs the ceiling great, doesn't even look 12" thick, easy as could be to install. The remote is easy to pair and use, huge plus! Ya gonna need 2AAA batteries for it, heads up! When on brightest option, for either soft or day, it is much brighter than I thought! Being able to dim very low is huge! Rainbow colors, too.... ! parents--> BOOM! No explanation needed. ... show more

First off, this product worked as intended. If you've installed a light fixture before, this isn't anything complicated. The Good: - Very adjustable primary white light. Cool to warm, dim to bright, it does it's job. - RGB accent colors look great (if that's your thing) and I'm overall very pleased. - The remote is easy to use and the light responsive. The Bad: - Every now and then they forget their settings after being turned off. I generally keep these lights dim and on the colder side, but on occasion when I turn them on at the switch, they will be bright and warm, or bright and cold, or... well, you get the picture. Fortunately, they do tend to return to their settings after I flip the light switch a couple of times. - This is a minor nitpick based on previous lights, but, I installed two of these in the hallway to replace a similar, but much older, set of LED lights. I was disappointed to find that each remote changed only the light it came with. This probably is fine, but the lights they replaced were adjustable with just one remote. In summary, they have a nice range of adjustment for the primary white light and the colored accent is as advertised. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as the occasional loss of settings is obnoxious but not a deal breaker. ... show more

I bought this lamp to replace the florescent lamp in my sons room. It works. I mean, out of the box it feels cheap and plasticky, but once you get it installed, all that matters is that it lights up the room right? Well, it lights it up, but even in a small room (16'X14') it could do better. The highlight are the RGB colored lights. They look cool. Give the room a special, high-tech feel when he's playing video games. Overall, it's just OK. ... show more

I have 3 of these in my kitchen that replaced six 4 ft fluorescent tube lights. So much better! I like to 65k you can choose and the night lighs are a bit bright for all night but have used them for atmosphere, overall I have had them up for a few months and other than them getting on different cycles which I don't knoow how it happens as one or two will be on the main light and one will have the night light on, thankfully I have been able with the on/off switch and the remote to get them back in sync each time. Overall all I give 5 stars and I don't give 5 stars very often. ... show more
