That’s what I call fast and excellent customer service. The diffuser is very nice and of very good quality. I love my little diffuser for my home office. I love how you can change the colors and it looks super neat. I'm giving it a four though for a few reasons. The remote doesn't fully work. Every I push intermittent, it won't "do" intermittent. There were no instruction in my box as far as the timer goes. Is one beep two hours? Kind of thing. It leaves moisture everywhere so you either have to put a towel or keep it away from electronics. However, since I liked it enough, I bought another one for my husbands tattoo shop to use essential oils to calm clients. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We’ve all seen ads with diffusers that look like flames and lots have bad reviews. This does exactly what it claims to do which is why I made the quick video. All you do is put a few drops of oil and water and you’re good to go. The title says waterless but that’s just if you’re using the LED light. To diffuse and get the vapor, you need water. I LOVED this diffuser, but unfortunately, the lid gets stuck making the product useless because I can no longer fill it. I saw where the manufacturer responded to someone else’s complaint for the same issue and tried to blame it on people using woodsy essential oils, but the only oil I used in it was lavender. (Also it’s an essential oil diffuser, so it shouldn’t break when you use any essential oils…) They also said to clean it so that product doesn’t build up, but I did that and it was stuck again after only one use. ... show more

I’ve had oil diffusers before, I’m stopping to refill them every 2-3 hours, having issues with shut off times, having to get up from where I’m at to turn it on or off, but this diffuser answers all that, I get a solid 6-8 hours of run time out of the refill, the remote has great range, and my entire house always smells pleasant. It looks great on my desk, like a little mini fireplace. If I did have any complaints, it would be that the massive plastic piece for the light makes it a little difficult to shake pesky oil droppers into the reservoir, but that’s less of a product design flaw and more of a oil dropper flaw. ... show more
