This one was received in exchange of first lamp that was received with broken glass teat plates. For seller. Noticed quite weak foam spacer inside the box. Package need to be improved. Easy to assemble and connect. The hardest parts is to hang crystals and make chain desired length. Chain is very strong, not do easy to remove unnecessary chain links. But lamp itself is AMAZING. For this price you get real glass (not cheap plastic) crystal lamp. 5 lamps LED of soft white making 200 Watt equivalent. Very nice and enough light for bedroom. ... show more

I needed a chandelier for my condo’s dining room, everything I liked was more than $500. I found this in Amazon that had a discount that day and because of moving, I had a 10% discount; so I ordered thinking if I don’t like it, I can always gift it. It came in a box within a box, very well packed and within 2-3 bs days. After the electrical was installed w no problem by a professional, I organized the crystals by number on the table, put the gloves on (don’t skip this part or you will have noticeable fingerprints and clean then while hanged is a pain) and followed the instructions. The graphic steps have the 4 type of crystals (balls) installed first, then the 1-2-3 types that should be installed at the end. Better to start from the middle out or you will fear that the weight will weigh too much on one side. Installing the balls is tricky, the round (key ring type hook) is small and will force you to take at least one glove off. Many tries later, two chip nails and a lot of aaarrhs, I finally got the hang of it w one glove on and the other off. Then I proceeded to hang the outside crystals, these have a hook type that you pass thru an indent opening and then you have to bend the back so they don’t fall off. Again, start from the middle out. The sides become naturally “sideways” so you have to turn the metal hook to make it look flush. I had forgotten to buy the lights, someone recommended warm type of lights, so I have to wait 2 bs days for them to arrive. The finished product is beautiful! The crystals really shine and prism is shown. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments! But most importantly, I love it! You will too for the price! ... show more

I almost didn't order this because of some of the reviews but we all know how reliable they can be (eye roll). I wanted a chandelier for my bedroom closet in my new home but didn't want to pay $200 + at a chain store or even more at a specialty lighting store. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this is not a name brand fixture. I was more than willing to put in a little "sweat equity" in order to get a gorgeous chandelier at a third of the price. I found the diagram to be straight forward but even if you don't follow it or put the crystals in the wrong place, it still would be gorgeous. Heck, put them in the wrong place, make it your own! There was one crystal missing so I contacted the seller through Amazon. Within days they replaced the whole thing! Great product, great seller, great Amazon service, the only thing you have to lose is 45 minutes of placing crystals on a gorgeous chandelier. Or you could choose to be out $200 - $300 and buy one at a chain home supply store and STILL have to put the crystals on! ... show more

    • Pretty, but a bunch of broken stuff, and no instructions
It is a pretty chandelier - I got this for my wife for the closet, it is just the right size. The quality is pretty chintzy. When I got it, two of the glass "bowls" that sit under the bulbs were broken. Instructions are a joke - there is a crappy diagram. It was not hard to install, if you have a clue how to install electrical, but the configuration of each part took some figuring out, and depending on how far you have gotten, you may need to disassemble everything to fix a small mistake. Not explained anywhere... of the little glass bowls, most have 4 hooks, one has 5. They are hardly noticeable... the one that has 5 goes on top, the other 5 go under the light bulbs... if you don't know to look, this may cost some time and frustration. Also, each little crystal is essentially separate- allow some time to hook each one on, especially if you struggle with tedious tasks. On a positive note, they sent me a replacement and still gave me 30 days to return the old one... It was mostly installed, and I just needed the extra couple of glass bowls to replace the broken ones and did not want to disassemble everything and start over, so that was nice. ... show more

Once put together, it looks really nice (for the price), however, it was a whole day nightmare to assemble it. It comes with a poor quality drawing of how the parts supposed to fit, but the picture is too small and illegible to actually recognize the pieces. The box that’s supposed to contain the individual arm wires is too small and the the design so poor, I ended up using duct tape to make sure it won’t fall off. I’m not new to installing light fixtures since I have a fixer-upper and I’ve been renovating for years, but this baby gave me a real headache. ... show more

I was not sure I should order it after reading the reviews, but I didn't want to pay for an expensive chandelier for a closet. Yes, the instructions could have been better, but I took my time. I had one glass holder that had 5 holes for crystals to hang while the other 4 had only 4 holes. There are enough crystals that I don't really notice. I am 71 & have MS, but I was still able to hang this by myself. I had to rewire because I hung it first with the chain, but realized I didn't need it. I should have measured first & cut the wire shorter before putting it together. ... show more
