If I could give more then 5 stars, I totally would!! I recently had multiple back surgeries and decided to redecorate my plant room (that became a chore to me) into a Me room, but also with a simplistic budget in mind! I scoured furniture stores and online until I found this lil gem! I immediately contacted the company to make sure it would fit through my 30ish inch door! Without hesitation they sent me the size of the box and assured me it would fit! The chair came much earlier than expected, and the day it was shipped they sent me an email to let me know it was on its way!! Seriously I thought to myself…who does that!! Well this company does! Stellar customer service!! When the chair arrived, the fed ex driver helped me get the box into my home. They are regulars here and understand my disabilities and capabilities…or maybe it’s the snack/drink box I leave outside for them! I got to putting the chair together and within 10 minutes it was assembled, plugged in and I was relaxing! I was amazed that nothing was too heavy for me to maneuver. Now I do admit it is definitely for fun size people. I’m 5’3” and I fit in it perfectly; my feet don’t hang over at all when totally reclined. Sitting not reclined, my feet touch the ground and I love that it’s a perfect decline to the seated position. Having a lot of metal in my back the ease of getting in and out furniture is imperative. I also have room for my 3 fun size pooches to sit on the sides of me! I love this because we are not cramped in a small space! When sitting in the chair it’s very comfortable! The firmness is perfect for me! The material is soft and doesn’t make me sweat! The motor is not noisy and it’s very smooth! I love that it can be close to the wall and still fully recline. I was beyond excited when I realized in the description I missed the part that it has a usb port for my electronics!! And don’t you know, the company sent me an email to make sure their records were accurate that I had received my chair! Once again I was stunned! Also on the first day of contacting them, there was a $60 off coupon, but when I purchased it the following day, the coupon was gone. They also informed me that they reimbursed me that coupon amount!!! One thing I noticed, was I felt a little lopsided to the right, and the chair felt a little wobbly when I was reclined. So I got out my level and was confused how everything I assembled was perfectly level. I reached out to the company, and they assured me they would figure out how to fix my problem! This type of customer service is unheard of now a days! I was in disbelief!! After a few email and picture exchanges, come to find out there are 4 lil round feet on the bottom of the base. I didn’t even notice them at first! I got out my 7/16 socket wrench and loosened the ones on the right side, and yep I’m completely sitting even now! The price of this chair was very impressive!! The view in room feature made my mind up! The comfort, ease of assembly and style won me over! But that impeccable customer service has me absolutely sold!! I received the chair today in a very short shipping time frame. This is a very, very nice chair. It literally took me 5 minutes to assemble. Assembly is just attaching the back to the base, and sliding two other cushions into place on either side of the back. Easiest assembly I’ve seen yet of a recliner. The leather on this chair feels very soft, and the chair is very, very firm. The padding is firm yet still soft to the touch. It offers excellent support, and reclines and adjusts to some very comfortable positions. The chair also looks very nice, I’d say the pictures that are posted are 95% accurate as to what you will get. I’m 6’0 about 200 pounds and i’m very happy with the size. I fit comfortably in it and it’s a perfect height for me. All in all I am very pleased with the chair and my purchase..At this price you really can’t go wrong, and it’s a great value. We weren't sure about ordering furniture online but thought we would give it a try. Wanted these for my man cave, so the western leather look is perfect. These are a brown and light brown not an orange color which is nice. Shipping was a week early, they showed up in heavy thick box and in good shape for a 97lb huge box traveling from Texas. Assembly was easy and fast took longer to unpack them then to put them together, literally 2 minutes to assemble. QUALITY is so much more than expected. The material fit and finish is nice doesn't feel cheap, construction is sturdy and the under chair mechanism isn't cheap and the motor and components are strong and motor operates smoothly and quietly not too fast or slow. The seat cushion is firm but not too firm I'm sure it will soften up with use. Arm cushions aren't too soft nor is the back or head cushions. My feet hang over the footrest but I'm 5'9" and the back could be a couple inches higher when the footrest isn't out, but with the footrest extended it supports your head fine. We gave a more extensive set from a big furniture chain store and these sit the same way, (my feet hang over the footrest).These chairs aren't the big soft sink in recliners but they are nice. As far as the reviews that say they tip over easy....well I don't know what your doing to make them tip over but I really had to rock the chairs side to side and back and forth to make them tip.. Don't hesitate to buy these they are nice and quality is fine. Two chairs for the price of one at the bigger furniture stores. ... show more

So I've used this chair daily and it's worked well. It's a little small for me (I'm 6ft), and I would rate the comfort as so-so. It looks good, the faux leather material has held up well (no wear spots, no tears, and that's either because it's a good material or because I cover the chair with a cloth sheet). The electric motor isn't (wasn't) loud and the action is smooth. However, a couple days ago it started making a noise, then the white plastic pieces they use broke and that's the end of that. I've checked the parts and pieces and decided that there's no easy fix. So I removed the broken bits and am making due as a manual chair. It's awkward and requires a lot of effort, but what can you do? Maybe I should be happy the motor lasted almost 3 years. ... show more

We do not like furniture that is too soft; hard to get in/out of - these are very sturdy and comfortable. These chairs were EZ to put together (snap in the electrical parts, slide back in, slide back sides in (very well marked) and you’re good to go! Would recommend these chairs! Would also recommend the company when there was a lower price difference issued after we ordered ours and they honored the lower price within 48 hrs. Appreciated the good customer service. As always, as a Prime member, it is well worth the FREE shipping on all things, but really pays off on larger ticket items. ... show more
