This bike is awesome. I just got it, but so far I love it. It easily reaches 30 MPH on flat roads without pedal assist. I will tell you this- don't get it if you are short. I'm 5'7" and I am on my toes with this thing at a stop (if I stay on the seat, which is lowered all the way.) Don't get it if you are shorter than 5'7". I think if you raise the seat all the way it would be perfect for Shaq. ... show more

It has a big battery that I rarely need to recharge it. The rear shocks rattle noise. The bike shuts off randomly while riding for no apparent reason.

This bike hits all the marks at half the price! Went 20 miles first ride full throttle hitting 33mph and didn't move the battery meter one bar. This is a big bike and the seat will need some extra cushining (see custom job on mine) but all in all a great value and customer service was very responsive by text and accomodating. I think this bike company will have a bright future and I have dealt with quite a few. ... show more
