There are 2 sizes of posts in this package - a narrower post and smaller head, and a slightly larger post with a larger head. There are also 2 types of post-backs - the standard back and a rubber back. And quite a large quantity of all pieces. The glue worked perfectly. I replaced the backs on my sterling silver earrings with these stainless steel posts and my earrings go in much more smoothly than the sterling silver, and there's no irritation. Posts and backs are good, but the glue does not stick to them- stuck to the clay art I made but not to the metal post. I do like how there are different size posts for various size earring art. I have super sensitive skin and have not been bothered by the metal posts.
