I was very pleased with the tablet as I first used it but then I discovered the Bluetooth wouldn't connect so I initiated a return. After about a week I got a brand-new item, at least they said it was brand-new and it was dead on arrival. With not turn on at all and would not take a charge. So I am returning that one as well. I was not looking for a high-end tablet. Just something easy to read while surfing the internet on the go or writing up invoices at job sites. I can connect it on the go through my phone's WiFi hotspot and it works without issue. My last work tablet was an iPad and it finally just got too slow and I could not justify the expense of a new one for the simple tasks I needed done. The media could not be loaded. The Widevine tablet is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. After it was delivered, I followed the instructions carefully, which stated to charge the tablet for 2 hours. However, even after charging for over 24 hours, the tablet remained completely unresponsive. The screen stays black, and there’s absolutely no sign of life. I tried every possible troubleshooting method, including restart and reset processes, but nothing worked. The tablet is effectively dead on arrival. I believe you should test your product before shipping it out. It’s ungrateful and unfair for the manufacturer to sell unresponsive, useless items. This was a huge mistake, and I strongly advise against purchasing this tablet. It’s a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration. ... show more

When I first received my tablet the screen was shattered. I thought OMG what incredibly poor quality control to package and ship a clearly broken device. But Amazon customer service was amazing and they sent a replacement right away. Upon closer inspection, the sealed manufacturer's packaging had a crease in the side, like it was at least partially crushed. The replacement came one day later, and it was perfect. Thanks, Amazon! The tablet came fully charged, it was simple to set up and use - works just my Samsung Galaxy phone. It's fast, has plenty of memory, and a beautiful screen. All I wanted this tablet for was to watch videos and it works great. The battery life is short and charging takes forever. Has a great picture and you are able to set up it up pretty easily. It does have a little weight to it. I would say the quality is pretty good for the price.

Overall for the price not bad. However, it's quite ponderous. Complex web pages take some time to resolve. Moreover, the audio volume is very low. Screen resolution is decent, but battery life is quite insufficient. The camera is mediocre. I probably will return this.

I like this tablet, battery last a long time, able to install my personal apps, and use as if it was a large phone. Minor complaint is that the micro SD is not shareable while connecting to a PC. Also, it seems the microSD system does not extract card out and had to use a neddle take it out. It may be an issue on my device, or this is the way it is to work. ... show more
