When I first received my tablet the screen was shattered. I thought OMG what incredibly poor quality control to package and ship a clearly broken device. But Amazon customer service was amazing and they sent a replacement right away. Upon closer inspection, the sealed manufacturer's packaging had a crease in the side, like it was at least partially crushed. The replacement came one day later, and it was perfect. Thanks, Amazon! I got this to play NFL+ live games, does that perfectly nice 11 inch screen very excellent picture. I found out that the screen is very sturdy. it it's kind of smooth back and hard to hold unless you're really holding it close it can slip out of your hands easily. It fell right on its face on my unclean linoleum. Had a few micro scratches but really not noticeable unless you really look. I thought it was going to bust the screen. But the picture is still good that's a very sturdy tablet but I would find some type of a holder to keep it from being too smooth to hold. ... show more

For the cost this is a Great tablet! It's a great size; larger screen than I expected. Easy to use and seems to stay charged as long as stated. Screen is really clear and volume is great. Definitely would purchase this product again. Now to hide it from my grandgirls!
