Was excited to use this tablet, set it all up the way I wanted the night I got it. It sat on my coffee table overnight and when I went to use it today and bring it out of sleep mode the screen glitched out and now it won't respond. The quality is poor for it to break in one day. Everything else was great about it until I went to use the tablet as a tablet. Now I have a paperweight. EDIT: I will give the benefit of the doubt on this one which I normally do not do. What swayed me most of all was the customer service. They handled my problem with the utmost professionalism and sincerity. Now the actual tablet I think after time with it is worth the price. It does what I need out of it and the peripherals are functional but not essential. The case is a nice touch with the tablet and can handle small bumps and drops but I wouldn't test it to see what it can handle. I adjusted my review because I truly believe after some explanation from the company they they were in a transitional period for manufacturers and the likely contributed to my original faulty tablet. Since then I have had no issues and cannot praise their customer service team enough. They are the standard for what other companies should aspire to be in that regard. ... show more

Tablet runs exceptionally better than expected, I've been able to play most relatively non-taxing games and video files with little issue. Most apps have no problems functioning perfectly. I installed a different front-end to avoid dealing with some of the uglier default Android home page settings and that has been treating me well. The device also comes with a blue tooth keyboard, a usb-a mouse (which requires batteries, and I think you need an adapter to use with the tablet?), an extra screen protector (you can also keep the protector that's already on the tablet and remove the tab from the corner), and possibly most importantly a tablet case. None of these add-ins are particularly amazing quality, but the price of the tablet is already more than fair- so having a keyboard and case to play with is very nice.
