  • Excellent Tablet and KB for the price!
Color: Blue
I really like this tablet and keyboard combo! It comes with everything I need and was easy to setup. I charged both the tablet and the keyboard before powering it on. The tablet arrived with about 90% charge so it didn't take long and neither did the keyboard. When I first powered it up it took me through a setup process which included copying data and settings from another android device if desired. I skipped that and just added a google account, setup a Wifi connection and a few other odds and ends and it was ready to go. Downloading and installing apps from the Google Play Store was easy and in no time at all I had it setup just the way I want it. I really like that it has Android 14 because that's the same version I have on my phone and it allowed me to switch it to gesture mode which is my preference. The screen is nice and bright at 80% and is very clear for reading or viewing pictures or videos. The BT keyboard was easy to pair with the tablet and is much easier to use than the touch keyboard on screen so I really appreciate that it is included. Also included are a USB power supply with cable and a USB-C to USB-A Female adapter cable so I can plug in any type of USB device like flash drives. I plan to use this mainly in my camping trailer as an entertainment device to watch movies and listen to music but I also will use it to monitor and control the solar charging system in the trailer which will be much easier than doing it on a small phone screen and will be less cumbersome than using a full size laptop. This tablet is perfect for my needs and the price is very reasonable considering all that is included! ... show more

  • Where is the Justification
Color: Blue
The tablet is great for my use; it gives me everything I need. And does so for only about $80. Besides the tablet itself, you get a keyboard and a protective case. Let's compare that to Apple's iPad. The Tablet itself will cost you ten times more than this one. If you want a keyboard and case, which is a necessity, you must add another $60 to $80. So I must be missing something - what can an iPad do that this can't - NOTHING, but take more from your wallet. In addition, as popular as the iPad may be, the great majority of devices besides the tablet - phones, TVs, Chromebooks - all use the Android language, thereby giving you more connection possibilities. This is one of those decisions that only requires a little thinking. ... show more

  • really nice!
Color: Blue
This Android tablet is really nice and even looks classy- it is a nice bluish-green metallic color. The keyboard cover that comes with it is a good quality also- thick and sturdy although the surface of it seems more rubbery- I prefer a more fabric feel to the surface. But it is definitely protective. Super easy to setup and get started. You can just log in with your Google account- or create a new google account to use with it. Come with a USB-C cord and wall plug. Very nice tablet! ... show more

  • It's a basic, working, Android tablet
Color: Blue
If that's all you really need (and most people wanting an Android tablet only need a basic one), then this will do fine for you. By the way, my review is based on the entire package as a whole, and not just the tablet itself. That being said... Yes, you can check your email on it. Yes, you can surf the web on it. Yes, you can watch YouTube on it. Yes, you can install Android apps for other uses on it. Yes, you can play games on it. Yes, it uses convenient USB-C charging. You can do almost anything an Android-based phone or other brand-name Android tablets could do. Just don't expect it to be super fast at doing them. I don't mean that it's super slow, either. I have been using it just fine for when I need to do any of the above things. It's just not a powerhouse tablet computer. But it DOES let you do those things. The tablet has a nice screen and fairly good resolution. The display is bright. The touch response is adequate. The stylus included with the kit works both as a touchscreen stylus on one end and a pen on the other end... with no indication which end is which while the protective caps are installed on the ends. The stylus is the kind I don't like... the metal ball tip with the "protective" pivoting plastic end. I don't like those because they tend to scratch the screen, as you can see in the pictures this one already did. The pen side... well, I guess it was included as a convenient gimmick. There's no suitable place in the keyboard case to put any kind of paper that you would need for using a pen, anyway. So about the case. It is a flipbook-style case with an integrated keyboard. Just to note, the keyboard is integrated into the case, NOT the tablet. There is a difference. If it was integrated with the tablet, then the keyboard would function directly with the tablet, and would not need to be paired with the tablet via Bluetooth. This means that when you first boot up the tablet and configure it for your current (or newly created) Google account, you WILL NOT be able to use the keyboard to enter your information. You will have to bring up the tablet's on-screen keyboard. THEN when you have the tablet all configured, you can go into the Android's Bluetooth settings and pair the keyboard. The other drawback to the keyboard not being integrated is that the keyboard will need to be charged as a separate device. So, your keyboard could go dead on you while you're using it with your tablet, even though the tablet may not be dead yet. You may be able to get a USB splitter of some sort and just that to keep the tablet and keyboard plugged in and powered all the time, but that would be a bit of an inconvenience. Speaking of inconvenience, do not try to use the keyboard case's built-in stand on your lap while wearing shorts. It will dig into your legs. The stand is nothing more than the top half of the case back, folded over, with no real grip on the surface due to its hard, thin edge. This will cause problems when used on a smooth tabletop, too. The pictures show the configuration of the stand. I have it at the only spot and angle that will "grip" the wooden desk surface. It'll stand more firmly, and at more angles, on a tablecloth or placemat surface than a materially finished wood, glass, or veneer surface. Final remarks: As I said before, my rating is based on the entire package, not just the tablet. The tablet works well, but its accessories are cheap gimmicks. I would keep that in mind when deciding on its value for its price. ... show more
