***Update: The new one I received came in perfect condition and performed amazingly. No scratches, the cardboard inside was intact and no double tape on the box. I received the new one the very next day after sending in the return for the damaged one. I am very pleased. Very good return/replacement time frame if you ask me. I want to note that I am only leaving the original review below for full transparency of the process. Original Review: Everything seemed to be okay at first. Then I opened the box and the inside cardboard was wrapped apart. Okay, no big deal, it's juts the cardboard. Then I pulled out the product and it was scratched pretty deep on the comb portion and some on the handle. That was a problem. Then I looked at the box more and at the bottom seals and saw they had been re taped shut. So I assume I was given a return. I am currently waiting on my replacement and will update my review with hopefully a better experience with the new one. ... show more
