  • Great idea, maybe a little pricey.
We replaced our 5th wheel tripod with these and the motion inside the trailer seemed about the same, which is not bad at all. The initial benefit was not having to carry, adjust and wrestle with the bulky and heavy tripod. Also, your landing gear doesn’t have to extend as far, which should reduce wear and service life on them. The other issue with the tripod for us was having to wrap it in our outdoor carpet to keep it from gouging the linoleum floor of the storage bin or banging into other items while traveling. They kind of look like regular paint buckets but are very thick with a reinforcing structure inside. I think the price is a little steep but if they last a long time they may be worth it. We use jack pads under them to avoid any sharp debris/rocks which can crack the rim. I love that they are magnetic and I can attach them to the landing jacks prior to deploying them. Great idea but won’t know if they’re worth the cost until use and time tells. So far, pretty impressed and hopeful of longevity. ... show more

  • Perfect for what they do
Bought these after getting a new fifth wheel. I went the usual route of lugging around various sized boards and finally decided to get two to try out. The buckets really decreased the workload on our levelers. They worked so well I ended up getting 6 total to compliment our levelling system. They are very sturdy and solid as can be. Not the lightest set, but they probably shouldn't be to handle the weight they can. The magnets have enough holding power to keep the bucket up on your levelling pad, but not enough to make it difficult to remove. If your on the fence, just get enough for your setup now and be done with it. ... show more

  • Worth the money - Very Sturdy
We are using these on our 32' Travel Trailer As it turns out we only need one under the tongue of the trailer, but it can't hurt to have a spare. When all the weight is on the block it doesn't even flinch. If you use trailer stabilizers be careful about the number of blocks you place under your hitch, because once you remove the stabilizers your vehicle will lower itself to normal level and you may not be able to get reattached if you place too many blocks under your hitch. !! We discovered this the hard way and had to use a jack to lift the tongue and remove one of the blocks !! ... show more

  • CALL ME IMPRESSED!
At first, this set of 2 Trailer Jack Blocks seemed expensive for what looked like overturned pails. NOPE! These are AMAZING. I've used wooden blocks that are unstable and can crack, cinderblocks which are heavy, AND the metal plate on the hitch can slide right off. I used these on the enclosed trailer and on my old stock trailer. They are STABLE, RELIABLE, and TOTALLY worth the price. ... show more

  • If you're considering it....DO IT!
We bought these to use on our 2018 Heartland Fuel. We kept running into issues with the auto leveling never working correctly and realized that we had to always make sure we had plenty underneath of the front jacks otherwise it would never level. I'd seen these buckets. I'd laughed at the cost of these buckets and said I would NEVER buy them. But I did. And I wish I'd bought them sooner. They are very costly but work great and I will eventually order enough to use on all 6. I was a skeptic, but now I highly recommend them! ... show more

  • Does a great job but expensive for only 2
They do the job very well. That being said my pros and cons are- Pros: + They shorten the distance my levels have to go + Makes it easier to auto level + I have more tolerance for uneven grades in campsites + Less movement in the rig when leveled Cons: - They are only sold in pairs - Expensive for something made of high density plastic - Heavy but that is to be expected for the job they do - Not exactly space saving when not in use - I have to crawl under the rig to attach and detach them each time I set up and tear down All in all I would buy them again. I have a 31' Class A so there isn't alot of extra storage space so that's my biggest issue with using them while traveling. I wish there was an easy way to store them under the RV rather than in my precious storage compartments. ... show more

  • These Things are freaking awesome
I have used a brick and a piece of wood for years for the tongue of my horse trailer. This has set me free: no more broken nails trying to move the brick around; no more slivers moving the wood around and I hated having to haul that stuff around! I can just stuff this thing in the tack room of my horse trailer and never worry about having to drop my trailer anywhere. Has some magnets too... I don't need them but I can see that they might come in useful for leveling a trailer. ... show more

  • Not bad.. a little expensive
They were a lot heavier then I thought they were going to be. I was wondering how a bucket could hold up my 4,500 lb. 395M pin weight ..... because they are very heavy for the size. The bright orange/red is kinda annoying. Most people have tan, black, or white RV's. Why not make them one those colors so they aren't spotted from 3 campsights away ;) very easy to use. Back in to the spot, magnet them on the bottom, drop the landing gear. They put a small set screw through the magnet after hearing a lot of complaints about the magnets falling off on people. I use mine with a rubber stall mat that I cut into 16x16 squares and a 2x10 laminated with 1/4" plywood. I personally like to have the least amount of hydraulic ram extended when I am leveling=more stable coach. I have to use far less wood to achieve that. Some say, dont waste your money and just go buy wood blocks...sure, then you have to store them in your coaches basement and add more to your gross weight. Some dont pay attention to all the weight they add. It is important to not add weight when you have a family of 6 you are packing and traveling with :) Expensive, but are much easier to store and set up then stacking wood blocks. ... show more
