The material is the type that’s cool on first touch, but the second you stay under it for a while with a throw blanket on top, it gets HOT. My daughter wanted new bedding and wanted something neutral but cute. The material is very soft and the color was exactly as shown. This comforter is very warm. The fit is great. I would definitely recommend this comforter set for any teenager or young adult. It is very boho but simple.

I love how soft this comforter is and how bright white it actually is! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s a little small even though I ordered the full. It doesn’t completely cover my bed when all other full comforters do so that’s a bummer but the softness and the lightness of the comforter makes it! It looks very pleasing to the eye with the cute fringe detail! I love the matching pillows as it makes it 10x cuter. Love this comforter! Took it out of the vacuum sealed bag let it air out some and washed it easily. It had that vacuum sealed smell but nothing weird. So comfy not too hot.
