Must-have bathroom essential!

I’ve tried dozens of bath salts and these are LEGIT. just a scoop and I feel balanced, relaxed, and calmer. I use them once or twice a week and can tell a major difference when I skip. I love that they’re fragrance-free so I can add essential oils if I choose. I use a sprinkle in my son’s bath water
to help with restless bedtime energy, too!

I enjoy a good soak in the tub using these bath flakes. I sleep very well after a relaxing soak. I also make magnesium spray and add a few drops of rose essential oil to make my own rose water. It's quite lovely and feels amazing on my skin.

Dissolves fast, at 1 Cup per bath, & is non-drying to the skin & hair. Needed this for an aching-hip, so splurged. I should have this large bag for at least 6 months I hope !
