I absolutely love these magnesium flakes, magnesium is very crucial for different reasons and the human body and for the nervous system to function properly along with other benefits, but the nervous system is what I concentrate on the most. The nervous system once it is damaged it cannot be reversed, but you can maintain it. That is why I use this product. I find that it dissolves rather well in the water and it is so relaxing and refreshing after you get out. Exactly what I wanted. I made some DIY deodorant out of this and I haven't had any BO since. I've even tested 48 hours with one application! Recipe: equal parts magnesium flakes, distilled water, vegetable glycerin, then add a few drops of essential oils. I might replace the distilled water for a second part glycerin next time since I'm using roll on application. If you're doing spray, you might leave out the glycerin and do 2 parts water. My only regret is since it takes 1 Tbsp per batch for me, I probably only needed the little bag. ... show more

I sleep like a rock after spraying this on my tummy. It's the ideal way to get your magnesium levels up (oral routes are less bioavailable). Seeing as 80-90% of Americans are deficient in that wonder mineral, it doesn't get any easier than making a simple spray. It's a 1:1 ratio of mag flakes to DISTILLED water. I did 1 cup of flakes and 1 cup of distilled water on the stove top, boiled it for a few mins, let it cool then poured in my handy spray bottle. Add whatever essential oils you like to help relax.
