    • Got the blue and orange bikes
Overall the bikes are good. We don’t get the mileage as listed in the description, but we are getting just an under 25 miles on pedal assist. The blue bike and orange bike are the same models and mechanical the same. But they have different brand battery’s and the LCD controller screen are different. The bikes operate differently as well. The orange bike in order to use the throttle you have to set the pedal assist to off/zero and the blue bike the throttle only works when the pedal assist is on at any level. ... show more

The bike it's self is fantastic. It was bought for our son. It will help serve with his independence. I paid for the lock, However, that is what is missing. I am talking the bike lock that this company says every bike comes with. It came with the lock for the ignition but not the lock that they show in the pic. We were told to return the bike for a replacement or exchante. No. Just give us the lock or the money for the lock. ... show more

I had it fully charged and only made it 20 miles before it died and i used the peddle assist the entire time I never used the throttle

Not a thing yet , I can't get the pedal asist to work at all , I'm 65 year's old and I need it to help me be mobile , I'm getting a little pissed off .

Got for my daughter for birthday. We love it. But I should have gotten one with higher handel bars and lower seat. The mountain bike style is not comfortable. And the seat not enough for my little ass and big belly. But seams to have enough power. Went 23mph with my 270 lbs..
