The first two days it ran smoothly and then would get stuck turning on and was essentially unusable. The SD card it comes with is garbage and you will need to replace it as soon as you can and then the system will run perfectly again. No issues since!

I bought this product with the hopes of playing some of my old childhood games. Anbernic Rg35xx is trash. About 1 week into playing it the stock screen broke because it's such low quality so I ordered and installed a new one for $20. Then I found out that the stock micro sd card is also low quality and it eventually crashed after playing only 2 games. After researching issues, I found that either you need to replace it with a namebrand card with Os and games already installed for about $45 or you need to format and partition everything on another card on your computer assuming you know how to do so for around $20. This means that if you want things to work properly you're actually gonna have to upgrade, do work and pay over $100 just to make sure everything works properly. I am extremely disappointed in this product. Anbernic should not exist as a company if this is what they think is acceptable to sell to someone. Do yourself a favor an do not buy,unless its for someone you hate. I will never buy another Anbernic brand product. May they rot in the abyss! ... show more

It came with a slight crack in the casing but did not affect anything. Menus are a little difficult to navigate but YouTube helps. Battery is okay. If left in sleep mode it will die in a few hours so make sure to save and power off.
