The media could not be loaded. The speaker is surprisingly well built, it has a rich bass that isn't overwhelming when used for movies and general TV watching, the Treble is vibrant and airy without being tinny sounding of full of hissing, lot of fidelity loud nice low bass and great value and quality for product. Excellent for low night time levels to Karaoke since comes with two wireless microphones that yet we have not use. This built in 15W speaker and DSP 5.0 technology sound system with independent Bass/Treble adjustment delivers crystal clear highs. It’s also versatile you can insert an SD or flash memory drive [not supplied] into the designated ports and it will play music from the SD card automatically or use the remote control included, you can also connect it Bluetooth and use your phone, tablet or pc to amplify the music. I ordered this speaker for an event I have coming up soon. Upon testing it out, I was very impressed by the sound quality and the ease in which the microphones connected to the speaker. It gives you the options to adjust the base, treble, echo and gets pretty loud without compromising the sound. The main issue I ran into was that the microphone with the gray bottom produced a bit of static when using it while the music was playing. However, I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and helpful. They sent me a new pair of mics within a few days and the new set works way better from what I’ve seen so far.     • Product was defective and disappointing
Description says it has a 96 hour battery, but the battery did not charge after being attached to power pack. Also, one of the microphones was assembled incorrectly, so you could not insert the AA batteries into it. The manual is far too brief and uses tiny print that is almost unreadable. It lacks complete information. You can only grasp what the product does by combining the "instruction guide" with the online Amazon description. Even then, it doesn't say everything, like what the Bluetooth ID name is when you "pair it". At $260 this should have been much better than this. Doesn't anyone at your factory TEST your products to make sure they work? Sigh. ... show more

If you’re looking for a good speaker or singing karaoke machine, this one is it. It has great sound quality. The bass is there and you can turn up the volume up (it’s pretty loud) . It’s also very easy to take with you anywhere with the roller on the bottom of the speaker. I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

Overall it's great! Many reviews mention reliability issues, so we bought the warranty. My kids sing, and just love it. I play guitar and electric violin, and my only complaint is that the plugged in instruments have echo and reverb effects that cannot be turned off. Otherwise, it's good enough to play at a gig. I ordered some extra large mic clips so the mics can be used on a stand. I noticed that this exact model is currently unavailable, but there was an excact copy with another brand name when we were shopping. ... show more

Everything works as it should, the only big con being that being it does not come with any real instructions. You have to scan a QR code to download detailed instructions from a web site. Also note that it does not come with a screen, you have to provide your own tablet/karaoke software for that. If you aren't looking to do true karaoke, you can always just use YouTube videos with lyrics. Other than that, the sound is good and the mics connect just fine. As to durability, only time will tell on that. IT has been a lot of fun though, and that was really all we were looking for, so we are pleased. ... show more

I am so glad I purchased this model machine. Nope there is no instructions, but I figured out how to use the machine and wireless mic. I bought this on sale for Christmas, but well worth full price. . Let me get to the pointers. . 1. Let it fully charge before using it; doesn’t take that long. It may be used plugged in or not. 2. Sound- whatever device you are streaming (Bluetooth) music from, make sure the volume is all the way up and then adjust the volume on the machine. 3. Mics - The mics also have volume buttons where the batteries are located. Top button is “up” and bottom button is “down “. I believe the middle button is frequency that I have no need to touch. 4. Bluetooth Connections - only one device can be connected to the karaoke machine. If you are having problems connecting, make sure there are no phones or tablets are connected. 5. Additional Mics - I purchased two extra mics for 50.00; same brand great reviews. The reason why I did because I sing much louder than my husband and the mics that come with the system share the same volume. I even lowered my mic volume and still out sing him. lol. I will plug the extra mic into the instrument connection that will give his on volume on the machine. 6. Screaming to TV to see words on screen- you must purchase a Karaoke App to cast to your TV. There is a couple out there that I like: SM KARAOKE AND KARAFUN. Out of the two SM Karaoke is the cheapest and have a better selection of music in my opinion. SM Karaoke has a monthly and yearly subscription KARAFUN only has a monthly subscription. KARAFUN allows you to change keys and add/remove background and lead vocals. You can add to multiple devices but you can only use one device at a time. I tried both by purchasing a one month subscription. 7. Older model TVs - the TV in the picture is a little outdated and I was not able to cast the video/words from my devices. The TV did not show up as an option like my others did. I bought a cheap used 1st Generation Chromecast and plugged it into the HDMI on my TV. Did a factory reset and followed the instructions. 8. Casting to TV - The words and music will be played through the TV and not the Karaoke machine. You will only use the karaoke for mics only. I hope this help the ones that has already purchased and the ones that’s thinking about purchasing any of the machines. I bought my Own grandchild an S55 with three mics. ... show more
