It takes a little bit to get use to the settings, but it works well. Heats well, good materials and very easy to clean. We cooked a 21 pound turkey in it, worked well, only issue was the wire rack held it but we questioned if it would. Product is nice works well and isn't load at all. Has a lot of settings which is nice and can replace things on your counter. Again it just takes a bit to get use to all the settings it offers but is user friendly. ... show more

Arrived on time. Once installed convection fan would not spin. Confusing to operate,get one with dials. Poor manual/ instructions. There a good YouTube videos to learn how operate if you need it

Due to no fault of AMZCHEF, our oven arrived damaged. Amazon refunded our money without question and without requiring us to return the unit., but did not offer a replacement. I did not want to put the oven in a landfill, so I attempted to fix the unit. It was mostly damaged in the back and the fan would not spin, but the front of the oven was not damaged. I was able to straighten the frame and get the fan working. The oven worked flawlessly for about 1 year, but then the digital display became so dim, that I could not see it to set oven controls, but the oven still worked. I contacted AMZCHEF, but did not expect a response. To my surprise, I got an immediate reply. They were wiling to help me solve my issue, by either replacing the unit (if I canceled the refund), or send me out a replacement part free of charge. I opted for the replacement part. I will add to this review once I recieve the part. The customer service has been so exceptional, that I will not hesitate to buy more of their products - and I have a couple of items I plan to purchase in the near future from AMZCHEF. ... show more

This oven is amazing and beautiful, but it was damaged in shipping and the vendor has graciously agreed to replace it. We had not unpacked the oven till months after we purchased it, and the return window was closed. I was hysterical till I emailed the Amzchez Customer Service and notified them of what happened. I have been trying to put my home together since Hurricane Ida and still had no kitchen. My funds are tapped out and my insurance company declared bankruptcy, so I truly needed a break. They will be replacing the oven for me and I would highly recommend a vendor like this. I currently am still working as a Procurement Contractor Technician and have dealt with many customers and vendors, so I know their rules and limitations. This company however really stepped up to help me so I will be recommending them to anyone that ask about a good company to deal with when purchasing this type of equipment. ... show more
