A friend of mine works in dermatology and suggested I get this. I was hesitant due to the price but went ahead and got it. It has helped tremendously with dry and cracked skin and my hands look much better. So you can spend a ton of money on lotion that doesn’t work or a ton of money on one that does. I have very dry skin. My dermatologist has recommended Amlactin and prefers a cream. I’ve been using this for a week now and my skin feels better. I spend time rubbing in the cream to ensure more than a light surface application. Obviously no instant reduction in crepey skin but I’m hopeful within a few weeks to see some improvements in that area as well. ... show more

So far quite impressed w the effectiveness of the cream. It’s a thick cream, rubs in well, doesn’t leave me greasy, but skin does feel a little sticky. Huge improvement in crepey neck in just a few uses! Planning to use twice daily & will review again in a month Had to give 4 stars instead of 5 bc of the smell. All the macron products have a specific scent but they all work great too… will I continue to use? Absolutely the scent isn’t so strong that is stays w u, and it’s not intolerable! This cream works well, but the scent is not pleasant. Reminds me of when my cat has peed on clothes. It does fade over time, but once I jumped back into the shower because I thought my towel must have cat urine on it. No joke.

Hello , I bought it because it is Amazon’s Choice , but really wore it only once because the awful smell it has , nobody wants to go through life smelling awful , so for me , Amazon failed big this time with their choice. Maybe you could add a warning , saying about the smell , Thank you ♥️
