Description

The Ameristep silent brick house takes a good thing and makes it even better. The original brick house easily camouflages up to three hunters, but the silent brick house further conceals those hunters with complete silence. New for 2018, a hinged silent door design simplifies entrance and exit with absolutely zero noise. Additionally, the silent mesh attachment mutes any window adjustments as you find your shot. Nature may be listening, but this blind will make sure whatever you're hunting doesn't hear a sound.

  • A good quality blind with quiet entrance/exit
The blind is easy to set up and take down. Practice setup twice and you're on your way. Having brush loops makes brushing it in very easy. Not many stitching holes but those that exist are easily sealed. Mine stays dry. PLENTY of room for one and 2 can fit if needed.

  • Turkey blind
The media could not be loaded. I like the height and width of the non zippered entry door.I am 6'3 and 73 yr young and had a problem getting in and out of my previous blind from another company. I especially like the quiet entry door because I set up close to rousting areas.I was able to take a very nice tom on my first time using this blind. The windows are at just the right height and are quiet and easy to open.It held up good during a bad storm,no damage,no leaks.I will take it down once the season is over .I plan to use this blind for quite a while. ... show more

  • Great blind
The media could not be loaded. It have some pin holes and a strong smell, but it need to be at sun anyway to take the smell away and with the waterproof spray those pins should not be an issue, great space really easy to mount and dismount, material look durable and I love that don’t have velcro or zippers, not noise at all, only reason not giving the 5 stars are the pinholes, but no regret at all this purchase ... show more

  • Removable Screens on the Silent Brickhouse Blind
This blind could be a legitimate 4 or 5* but it seems there is always some give and take on blinds as with many other items in life nowadays. Honestly my biggest issue with this is that the screens are NOT fixed to the blind IMO. They come packaged separately in the blind and you need to install them every time you set up. Who wants to do that when walking in the woods in early morning darkness otherwise setup would be a breeze and fast. I know I am bound to lose one or 2 along the way. They need a better attachment method. They fall out when you collapse the blind and who wants to go thru them looking for the screen for the right window again in the darkness of an early morning. Naturally this is not an issue if you set the blind up and leave it. I've had better storage bags on cheap folding chairs but I care more about the blind than the bag. Positive is the entry door, probably the best access door on the market. I'm 5'8" and can nearly stand in the center (slight head bow). Room for 2 is adequate. In fact everything else is just fine and this is still a good value for up to $120 (if you can get past the screens issue). Grrr. ... show more

  • Superb quality, fantastic design.
This is an amazing ground blind, especially for the price. The quality is really solid and the blind sets up easily. Windows use a really nice elastic hook system keeping the windows tight and preventing light from entering. I took out the shoot through mesh, which removes easily with a tug of the velcro. Other reviews say the side windows are too low, but I had no issue shooting my bow out of them with the right sized chair. In addition, the new silent door opens and closes seamlessly and seals tightly, avoiding the burden of noisy zippers. I would certainly buy again and would advise you to as well if you are looking for a quality hunting blind. ... show more

  • Needs improvements
The blind is easy to set up, like the other style I own. But lacks in several ways. 1st window blinds are not great. My other ameristep blind has easy to slide panes that are great for conceal (the price is double for that blind). Another fault is that at the ground the blind doesn't have an extra flap of material which would help prevent light from coming into the tent. On uneven ground light will shine in. Last, the tent has condensation inside that drips down on you. Not sure why since my other blind did not seem to have this problem. I love the silent door. Wish they made other blinds with that option. ... show more

  • Awesome Ground Blind
I purchased this blind for my husband and myself to be able to hunt out of together. There is plenty room to move around in it and lots of openings to be able to shoot out of. I am looking forward to hunting out of it this fall. The blind is easy to put up and seems to be very durable.
