Product deliver on time. This toilet was packed with care and plenty of protection to insure safe arrival. The insulation was quick, my plumber took out the old one and installed the champion 4 in less than an hour, it would have taken me significantly longer. The chair height adds to the comfort as well as the elongated bowl. The old American standard that was removed was 74 years old, this one seems to be same high quality built. The one piece tank and makes it easier to clean. The flush is incredibly powerful. Fills up three times as fast as old one, and only use 1.6 gallons of water, my old one was over 5 gallons.     • VERY clog resistant, comfortable seat, nice design

Before I got this, our toilet (a decent one, not a cheapo) would clog three to four times a month. Since I got this a few months ago, not one clog. There were a couple times when I thought it would clog, but I just needed to flush twice and it cleared. The seat is very flat which makes it comfortable, more so than those seats that are tapered in toward the bowl. I'm not sure if the one-piece design is worth the extra cost, but it does make it a little easier to clean. Note: Inspect it carefully because our tank lid is warped. I expect they'll replace it when I get around to letting them know, it's not that big a deal to us but it probably would be to most as it's somewhat noticeable. Our lid has to sit crooked anyway because of an attachment (bidet sprayer holder), so it doesn't make much difference to us. I do have a similar model I got for the downstairs in 2014. It has the same clog resistance and is almost the same model but it's the two-piece version. I had to call them about a problem once and their support was extremely responsive and helpful. ... show more

    • AMAZING TOILET. SAVED ME $$$ FROM THE PLUMBER

AMAZING. I just bought a house, and both toilets were gross. I honestly thought I had clogged drains because my downstairs toilet flushed slowly, and the upstairs toilet didn't flush at all. I saw these toilets had decent reviews at first glance, but you never really know anymore until you get to test the product for yourself. I decided that I would try these toilets, mind you these were "pre-owned" in like new condition so I had no idea what to expect. Delivery was right on time, and BOTH toilets looked to be in flawless condition. As an added bonus all the flushing mechanics are pre-installed... Nice! Now for installation, I would recommend having the old toilet discarded and getting NEXT BY DANCO ALL-IN-ONE wax ring. This will work if your toilet flange is above, level, or below floor level. I would recommend a new water line as well if yours is old, the toilet doesn't need much line from the water connection, maybe 6-8 inches. As for the final conclusion. BOTH of my toilets flush perfectly now, didn't even need to auger the drain pipes like I thought I might. This is a fast and pretty powerful flush. No toilet swirling, no non-sense. Only problem I see one potentially facing is if you are taking massive craps and use a bunch of toilet paper, you may need a few flushes. But this is a water concervative toilet with great flushing power. Honestly better than I was expecting them to be so I decided it was worth leaving a review. Hope this helps someone, highly recommend for a toilet replacement that will be used regularly. ... show more

I tell you what this toilet is the best flushing toilet I’ve ever owned. For 40 years we lived in this house it always had a weak flushing. The village we lived in had the sewer line ck along the street and then I had it checked through to the house check out clear.     • NEVER clogs, EASY to clean, but watch for shipping errors...

8-3-2023 Update: I ordered (2) more LINEN colored when the price FINALLY dropped to what I paid before... However, waiting that long backed me up to our vacation, so I could only inspect them when we returned to find that one was the wrong color (the darker bone vs. the lighter linen I had ordered for both...) Amazon appears to be making the return easy, but I find no means to replace for the same price. Now the price is back up $200 more, we are after Prime Days, etc., so this could be a hassle... Lucky I didn't remove the 2nd toilet yet & will update this post when I get the correct color for the Prime Day price.... Original 2022 Order: Installed in our main floor / guest bathroom after installing new vinyl luxery flooring on main floor. No longer have to worry about embarassed guests informing me that they clogged the toilet... This one ALWAYS flushes everything with one powerful flush. Because it's one piece it stays neat & clean looking but it's very heavy - I managed to unbox it and install it without help, but it's better to have help... I like it so well I plan to get (2) more for our other bathrooms, but the price went up $140 since 2022, so I will wait until it comes back down or get it elsewhere... ... show more

Love this toilet--and for nearly $600, I'd better love it! It looks really great and was packaged to the enth degree, so it arrived safe and sound. The flush is incredible on this thing! On the commercial, it flushes 6 golf balls. LOL It's a tiny bit taller, too, so easier for old people to get up and down. The flushing thingy is hard to push, so you kind of have to use the heel of your hand instead of your two fingers but that's fine because what follows is nearly an industrial flush--noisy but who cares? I'm VERY happy to have this and it will last a lifetime. Who knew I could get so excited about a toilet?! ... show more
