the sides cave in when not in use and it’s hard to get my cat in without having to hold the sides up but it’s very durable, my dog ate 99% through the strap and it still holds my 10 pound cat

I was worried that my kitten would be able to bust through this, but it’s sturdy and safe! She has tried to get out, trust me. She’s used claws to no avail and then tried contouring her face and body into a small enough sliver to squeeze through the top. She’s failed at both, luckily. Most of my review is for the aesthetics because I mean look at it!😍 But honestly I won’t be using this as much unless I know it’s somewhere I’ll be for a short while. My kitty likes it but it tends to fall in on her and it can be easily ripped. I have a ugly standard string kennel that I use and was hoping to replace with this but I’m good with just keeping both for different occasions. If you’re getting one for the sturdy string quality that will hold up then get a standard hard one, this one is soft and bendable. Mostly for the looks. ... show more

Our baby’s knows when we get this out it’s time to go for a ride. She used to be impossible in the car and now she can go everywhere. We also discovered this is her “safe space” when the neighbors were shooting fireworks she got in and calmed right down.
