  • The quality of the ingredients in this brand is so valuable.
Flavor Name: Chicken & Lentil Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
The cost of dog food has risen so much with inflation and I needed to find a more affordable product for my dog babies. I couldn't compromise their well being and so I did my research and came across Amazon's brand of dog food. I checked out the ingredients and saw that the quality is actually better than the bran I was using which was costing me $90.00 per 35 lb bag . I tried small bags at first, the lamb and the chicken. It took a little time for my dogs to try so I mixed some plain rice with it for a week. Now they have no problem eating it. Better ingredients, healthier. And half the price, what's better than that! ... show more

  • High quality large breed dog food
Flavor Name: Salmon & Sweet Potato Size: 24 Pound (Pack of 1)
I have fed my Japanese Mastiff Bully Max dog food since I got him a couple years ago. He has a somewhat sensitive stomach and other highly rated dog foods don’t sit well with him. After doing some research, I discovered Amazon’s dog food essentially has the same high-quality ingredients, but costs less than half the price. It’s fantastic! ... show more

  • Amazon brand is not bad
Flavor Name: Lamb & Lentil Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
Thought I would try this brand to see if my dogs liked it versus some of the more expensive brands and my dog seem to like it just fine. I also tried their new topper which I put on top of the dog food which they like as well.

  • My pack LOVES WAG!!!
Flavor Name: Salmon & Lentil Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
EDIT: Lately with WAG being out of stock constantly for about 6 months now, I am having to get my dogs off this food as it is near impossible to get it. I'll get a random bag here and there, but I am having to mix my dogs food with many other brands to get by and its making them sick. So I am perminently getting them off WAG now. I moved my pets over to WAG when it first came out a few years ago. I changed them from Petsmarts brand, Authority. I mainly was looking for a Grain free food, as I have one dog that is highly sensitive to allergies and grain food would make him break out in hives. With this food, his coat was amazing and soft and perfect and my other 3 dogs as well. Since his passing, we've kept on WAG as our other 3 dogs love this food. One, we got nuetered and he gained a ton of weight with constant eating, so we had to change from free range to dishing it out every morning/evening. But WAG is what they love and when its sold out for the past few months, we've been trying to get by with other brands, and they are sick from other foods changing suddenly after WAG went unavailable for a few months. But they are BACK!!! And my dogs are happy and rejoicing!!!!! I am keeping two extra 4lb bags from now on to mix in other foods to stretch if another outage hits... But, this is the best food my dogs have ever had and ranging from 11 years old to 4 years old, they all love it. ... show more

  • Quality food, exorbitant price
Flavor Name: Chicken & Sweet Potato Size: 24 Pound (Pack of 1)
First and foremost, Wag dog food is good. Very good, in fact; it's ingredient profile and quality is similar to high-end pet foods. My Boxador (Jax) and Shiba Inu (Thena) both love it, and it seems to love them -- lustrous coats, no digestive issues, and a clean bill of health all around. Now, here's the problem: there was a time when Jax was a puppy and Thena was but a glimmer in her daddy's eye when Wag was actually an affordable dog food option. Over the past two or three years, Amazon has consistently raised the price, to the point that it is no longer the same "budget" option -- when you're paying Wag prices, you may as well choose a more well-known option. I suppose there is something to be said about doorstep delivery, and while Wag isn't the worst choice, it doesn't seem to have the same veterinarian recommendations backing it as something like a Purina Pro Plan or Blue Buffalo. With the constant price increases since the COVID-19 pandemic, Wag went from a no-brainer budget option to a premium-priced competitor to higher end foods. To that end, the choice isn't as apparent as it once was. All in all, the food is good, but the price is getting out of hand. With its competitive advantage (price) removed from the equation, you may as well go with a different dog food. ... show more

  • Our dogs appreciate the higher protein
Flavor Name: Beef & Lentil Size: 30 Pound (Pack of 1)
Both our dogs need the higher protein values offered by this WAG brand feed and are thriving. In fact our Catahoula was very malnourished when we got him and looked to be not long for this world, but feeding him this food allowed him to recover at a more rapid pace than he would've had we fed him on any of the other lower protein brands. The only criticism I have is that the flavors seem to go out of stock at the most inconvenient times lol, and that sometimes the replacement item Amazon offers is not remotely comparable. Our 2 go through a bag of this a month and seem to enjoy it way more than the others we have tried, so a worthwhile investment in their wellbeing to our minds. Great value for money and the other reason I have it as one of our subscribe and save items, We cannot praise it enough and would not think of changing to another dog food even if it was free! ... show more

  • Retiring Competition dog reduction diet

Stepping down from very high performance for a senior dog. Loves the taste excited to eat and now enjoying being spoiled house dog.
