We just got this today so I will update if any issues come up in the future, but as of now we all LOVE IT! This thing is massive! It's a huge comfortable ottoman in a great neutral color. The fabric is soft and seem durable, my 4 year old already got a smear of something on it and it wiped right off with a baby wipe. It seems to be great quality and delivery was fine, no issues. It actually came several days early ( we opted for porch drop off so that might be why, We didn't schedule a time) Two thumbs way up so far! Edit: still love it! It’s held up to 2 dogs and 2 kids plus my husband and I always fighting over who gets to sit in the good place on the sofa. It still looks as good as the day we got it. We ended up buying a lot of the Stone & Beam. They are good - but not worth dealing with Pilot delivery (this i may not be true for all areas in the US).

I searched forever for an ottoman this big! It’s literally perfect in every way. I always worry about beige/creams because you never know if they’re too yellow, too light, etc...But this is the perfect color. We’re very pleased. Yes, the top just sits on the base, and I’m not sure why, but it doesn’t seem to be an issue in any way. Plus it’ll make it easier to take it back downstairs to ScotchGuard it. I love this ottoman! I had purchased the sofa a few months earlier, and wanted to finish the look. Almost makes it a big comfy chaise now! Not sure if me or the pup love it more! Sturdy and super easy to clean! I bought it in the sand color.

Purchased the couch and the ottoman. These furniture pieces are QUALITY! The ottoman is HUGE. The 2 seater loveseat is basically a couch :) Love the Stone and Beam brand and it's items. I feel like I can get Pottery Barn quality for half the price. I definitely will be purchasing more.

5” hole in between the spring area and lining . It’s missing a whole spring so there’s no support . This is the second couch . This one is damaged. The first one never arrived because it was damaged. The frame top as seen in the photo also has nails coming out. The ottoman has brown spots on it.

Neede an oversized ottoman for our movie room and this was the ticket - its large enough for a tray on top and lots of feet if we are getting cozy for a movie. It looks expensive and came in one piece with nothing to put together.
