It's what is says it is: 1000 count of 500mg tablets of Acetaminophen. Inexpensive!! Take no more than 8 per day (4000 mg) to avoid potential liver damage. I was used to the 650 mg tablets in Tylenol, for example, but these work really well and I find the effects comparable to the bigger dose. I've consumed 6 tablets per day, that's 2 per dose, alternating with Ibuprofen (200 mg tablets X 3), and it works on my pain. No liver problems. ... show more
