This is the first time I've found anything that relieved the pain. Regular Aleve/Naproxen was doing nothing so thought I'd try the back/muscle version since it was cheaper and all I had at the time to spend. My word. I deal with pain and stiffness all the time, and this has lightened that inflammation pain a lot. Went from a 8 or 9 to a 4 or 5. So I also gave it to elderly mother, and she's had dramatic improvement on the constant pain she was in for her knee.
