The cripper works well, creates nice waves. Need to practice and allow heat to fully get wave. Tip doesn't get hot which is nice to be able to hold in place. Not too heavy.

This is a good quality curling iron. The surface of the iron is smooth and feels non stick. The buttons for temperature are very easily used, and you can easily watch the temperature go up or down. Additionally, the temperature quickly changes. My favorite part is the 360 degree swivel at the base of the iron to keep the cord from being twisted as used to happen. Negative: The triple barrel takes up triple the space for storage. I'm marking down a star for this type of hair curling/ waves. It's time consuming and I don't know why you would choose to use this. A regular curling iron would be much easier. This was a gift, and although it's good quality, I will be regifting it to a friend as the process just seems silly. :) ... show more

I love that this heats up quickly and really works. I have long hair that’s naturally a bit wavy, so I have a head start, but when my hair air dries unevenly, this tool is amazing for making sure all my waves are equal. It gets really hot so I recommend getting a storage sleeve as well as using heat protectant spray on your hair. This creates long lasting waves that look professionally done. ... show more
