I order this for my old Tahoe to replace the stock radiator when the tank started leaking. This radiator is of good quality construction with no immediate defects. It came with every fitting adapter I didn't have to worry about getting to the store for something I forgot to order with the radiator. I'd consider this a direct fit for my model. The only thing that needs a little extra care is a bleeder screw on the backside towards the top inlet I recommend putting some Lock tight on. ... show more

100% junk received it Jan 11 and Feb 20 this is what I have, ended up with puddles of antifreeze on the ground contacted Amazon which put u in a big loop of self fix trouble shooting....it leaks it's no good!!!

I bought this and put it in my 96 chevy k1500. it was replacing another all alluminum radiator that had started to leak. this radiator is slightly thinner but has the same amount of passes as my old one but it also does fit better in the radiator mounts than my old one so I guess its kind of a wash. the radiator cap that came with it is a 19 lb cap that feels very good quality. I was concerned with the extra pressure rating so I put a stock rated cap on it. looking into it the trans cooler pipe looked slightly crusty but nothing real concerning. I have ran it for a couple weeks not and its doing its job. all aluminum ones are way better than plastic crimped ones in my opinion Update 3/26/24 Almost exactly 1 year and one month and the radiator has sprung a leak towards the top where the core meets the tanks. When I contacted about a warranty I was offered $50 back. The radiator has a 1 year warranty and when I pointed out that 1 month should not have degraded the value 80% the bumped it up to 50 percent back and asked if this was acceptable. So not only is the radiator garbage but the seller does not want to take care of the customer. I understand it was 1 month out of warranty but my original radiator lasted 17 years. This one should have lasted much much longer. I will not be buying again. ... show more

Radiator is nice and big, works well, however after installing, one of the fans stopped working after just 3 hours of them being turned on, I started the truck drove to the store and I checked them, they were working, got home checked them and they were both still working, after I got out around 3 hours later, I started the truck and only one kicked on, I plugged in the wires from the one working and the non working fan still didn't come on, so now I only have one working fan, which is also causing my air conditioning to not work properly. I have contacted the seller, but haven't received anything back. ... show more

Replaced Radiator on my truck sent back and still got wrong size . 40x20.5 I got. 40 x 18.5 But I did not catch it till I put the last pice on The bracelet . Was not an exact fit . Not the first time not the second time.
