  • Works as expected, No issues…
Easy to install and makes a big difference. The stiffer springs keep the bed level for longer and I don’t have to level the bed as often. I still check the bed height after each print but it doesn’t move very much if at all. A cheap and solid upgrade! (Installed on Ender 3 V2)

  • Adjust your limit switch
If you are going to use this with a Ender 3 with a glass bed, you might have to move the limit switch up a few millimeters. I found the installation to be moderately difficult to pinch these strong springs into the plate, but after that was done, I found that even cranking them all the way down turned out to be not enough to clear the nozzle. I had to raise the limit switch about 2 millimeters for the nozzle to clear the glass bed. After doing that, all is great, and it's extremely stable and solid. MUCH better than stock springs. I don't really care for the aluminum leveling nuts. They are not necessary-- the plastic stock ones are the same diameter and work fine, but the metal ones add a bit of flair if you want that. The important parts of this upgrade are the springs, and they are excellent. If the springs were just a bit shorter they'd be a total drop-in replacement on an Ender 3, but with a minor limit switch raise adjustment, you're in business! ... show more

  • Nice little upgrade
Just installed these today and they came as expected. This is really more of a cosmetic upgrade, as it does not serve any real better function than the original, besides these springs being stiffer. The reason I can't give these 5 stars is because the top of the aluminum knob rubs the bottom of the build plate support. Not really an issue, but over time it will scratch. If you just throw a thin washer or nut in between the top of the knob and the bottom of the plate, it fixes the problem. ... show more

  • Super easy to install and use.
Good grip makes them easy to use. Can level the deck lower than factory. Go ahead and tighten them all the way when you start. Then back off to level. Also, they look cool.

  • Not for Ender 3 Pro
As stated in many of the other reviews, I would give this kit five stars as an upgrade if it actually fit my machine as advertised. Unfortunately, the springs are longer than they advertise and the turning wheels will grind into your bed because the hub isn't protruding enough. They are both quality parts and they look and feel great. Just not for the Ender 3 pro. I can't speak to any of the other models though. I'm sure they work for some. If you need to, you can cut the springs to size or shift your z axis limiter up a bit to compensate and for the turning knobs, you can add a thin washer a two to keep it from messing up your bed, but you shouldn't have to do these things. Better off just buying something different for the Ender Pro. There are plenty of others that fit right out of the box. ... show more

  • First set worked great, second set is defective
The first set of these worked great on my Ender 3 Pro. The springs are a definite "must have" add-on for this printer and the adjustment dials/wheels were very nicely fabricated. They are working as advertised and look great. The problem I have is that I decided to buy a second set (from the same manufacturer/seller) for my Ender 3 v2, everything seemed to be the same except this set is way out of tolerance. the portion in the center (has the threads on it) is supposed to be recessed enough to provide clearance from the build plate housing, but these are at level and below level with the outer diameter of the dials. This is a problem, I'll need to get washers to shim the dials down so they do not rub/cut into build plate housing. The springs on the second set were just as good as the first set. If I knew it would be different than the first set, I would've just got the springs alone and called it a day. ... show more

  • Springs are too long (Ender 3 Pro)
After finally installing these after a year+ of having no issues with the stock hardware, the springs are too long. Even fully cranked down the print nozzle still scrapes on my Ender 3 Pro. I ended up cutting 4 loops off each spring and now they function well, still a bit stiffer than stock springs and the red aluminum looks good. ... show more

  • Great Upgrade!
These wheels are great! I gave them five stars, even though I should knock them down a little for not being as textured as they should be to effectively turn them. They hold position so well with the stiffer springs that I rarely have to adjust my bed anymore. The stock hand wheels on my Ender 3 Pro stripped out after a few prints. I don't expect that to happen with these! Sure wish they were stealthy black, though... ... show more
