I never write reviews. I’ve had these for about 3 months. I wanted something unique. I haven’t seen any chairs this color. They remind me of the couch on friends. The actual color of the chairs is close to pics, but they don’t do them justice. I gave a 4 on comfort bc they could be a bit more comfortable. The material is velvety and soft. My family loves them and both my dogs. My son is over 6’1” and he can lie comfortably. I feel like everyone gathers more in the living room now. We bought 3 to replace an old roomstogo reclining couch that aged horribly. Shipping was quick. My husband didn’t have a hard time putting together, but he is extremely handy. I received it, and I got it up my stairs by myself. I had to do it in pieces and one part was pretty heavy, but I was able to do it by myself. The assembly was a snap and it's so pretty.

It's very pretty, marches perfectly. Not too difficult to assemble, screwing in back legs on a slant is a little awkward. But not as comfortable as I hoped. Initially this was the PERFECT recliner, including the pastel color. Unfortunately, I toppled backward when I tried to recline. I hit the wall before my chair crashed to the floor. See the 2 attached photos for wall damage proof. I had to roll over the wings onto the floor before I could even attempt to get up. Is this shotty workmanship? I think it is the weight distribution or perhaps it was a fluke. I believe this chair has a dangerous defect. I won’t let anyone recline in it anymore. Basically, it is just a chair now. Since the beginning of Nov, I have been disappointed with Amazon. i.e. PRIME, deliveries, firestick, this chair, MOSTLY customer service (1 day I spent HOURS with 5 different operators, 6 emails, and was still given links rather than responses with each representative initially. Most interesting four of five of these customer service representatives COULD NOT ANSWER 'how to download Alexa on my firestick.' EACH DIRECTED ME TO THE LINK ON THE AMAZON WEBSITE THAT DOES NOT WORK. I have all the texts, emails, call logs with times. My suspicion is that Amazon can't keep up with it's own technology. The last person I spoke to was in "Costa Rica" we were on the phone from 5:47pm to 6:25pm. At 6:20p, he told me he could not help me DOWNLOAD ALEXA on your firestick because contrary to Amazon's claim IT CANNOT BE DONE. We were disconnected at 6:25p. Regarding THIS CHAIR, I am sending emails to the 3 customer service contacts given directly to me from Amazon representatives: Cs-reply@amazon.com https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=508510/ https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ref=hp_gt_comp_cu?nodeId=20050759 I am also sending a hard copy letter to China. I am asking for a replacement. At this point am not hopeful. Yearly, I purchase most of my Black Fri deals and holiday shopping using my prime. I have already spent a substantial amount of money this year. Obviously, I will see how this situation is handled before I proceed and decide if I should continue to purchase Prime.
