This is the perfect lightweight ladder for reaching the roof of my RV. It arrived earlier than predicted, which is good. The shipping box was in good condition. There was Styrofoam at both ends for protection as well as some wrapping all around. It was easy to set up. All of the buttons worked well for storage. There is a good strap that wraps around the closed up ladder to prevent extension in storage, as well as providing a comfort grip while carrying.
