This claws work great. Nylon feels sturdy. They shred meat quickly with little effort. Depending on how thin you want your meat, you simply give it and extra pass or two. Once you're done with them, they wash easily and safely (exercising caution, of course), and then can be laid upon each other, claws inwards, to lock them together and store them safely. These work great for pulling apart your pork or beef brisket. They are heavy made and have sharp points to dig in and shred meat up. Might I add it saves the hands and fingers from getting burned if used correctly.

I bought these for a friend as part of a birthday gift. He couldn't wait to tell me that he used them. He said they're really comfortable in the hands, and shred meat like nothing! He said he felt like Wolverine in the kitchen, lol. I think I may have to purchase a set for myself!

I finally got to use my meat shredders. They worked great. I used it on chicken for chicken salad. They clean up easy. They are also very sharp. One of the reasons I bought these is they hook together for storage which is a big plus for me.
