DescriptionAll Balls carburetor repair kit 26-1128 Suzuki Dr200 SE 1996-2009 kits include All of the necessary components to repair a carburetor. ATV models with two carburetors include components to repair two carburetors. Kit includes All O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat. OEM Jet sizes are included in the kit. Nbr rubber material is used on All O-rings and rubber gaskets nbr has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today's fuels. Applications that use paper float bowl gaskets are Upgraded to high performance interface gasket material. Components included in the kits are based off of us models and discretion must be used when attempting to install the kit on a non us model. Off road use only.

Rebuilt my leaky carb with this kit and with new jets and gaskets carb worked flawlessly. It came with the stock main jet that is to lean at #125 but I had a #132 which is perfect (@ sea level!)if you rebuild your carb.

Nice to have a complete set so that I could save the parts that were still in good shape and hold on to the ones from the kit for use if the carb ever has trouble down the road.     • It's a 95% solution; consider buying OE bowl gasket
Everything works well except the bowl gasket. It expanded by a large amount when exposed to gasoline so I had to shrink it by boiling it in water.

    • 2000, DR200SE - Fits perfect.
Has all you need. Bike runs smooth as glass now. Be sure to clean everything on your carburetor except that rubber boot for the slide. You can wipe it off but don’t get any carburetor cleaner on it.
