Pretty comfortable. I can almost forget I’m wearing it. Locks pistol in place so no one can just snatch it out, but easy enough for you to draw in a hurry if you need to.

It's hard to get it in a comfortable position depending on the belt loop location on the pants. And the strap travels down your leg through out the day.

    • Good concept but needs work.
I wanted a modular drop style holster and picked this up to try. Much to my surprise was how cheap and poorly designed the actual holster module was. It is a plastic clamshell that is held together with two plastic thumb cap screws. It felt cheap and I would definitely not be confident running and gunning with it. The deal breaker is that Alien Gear doesn’t make this holster for an optic equipped pistol. In today’s day and age, most modern gunners are running optics and weapon mounted lights. Such a missed opportunity. Retention was difficult to adjust and I could see the holster separating when inserting the gun. I really wanted to like this holster but I returned it without being able to use it. I was certainly not interested in removing my optic to try it based on the cheap feel of the plastic. On a positive note, I did like the belt attachment and the quick release mechanism for the drop attachment to the belt holder. Very clever. Actually here is where I think the product shined. I also like the different drop bars for ride heights. Finally, the swivel to the leg strap is comfortable and functional. If Alien Gear can make a better pistol shell to attach to the base, I would consider it. Not offering optic cut is a huge miss. ... show more

This is a very well thought out product that can be used with any pistol just by getting additional shells. Quick and easy to setup. The belt clips which swivel are genius. I didn’t realize they are circular but if you push on them they unclip. I could not find another drop leg holster for the sig p365. I’m glad I couldn’t because this one was well worth the money. ... show more

Holster for a Glock 23. Well doesn't fit a Glock 23. AFTER you have purchased it, then they will say "Oh ya, it wont fit a Glock 23. Just pay shipping and we will let you return it. Common Amazon police your vendors. False advertising is false advertising.
