Like the ones hotels use. The Alibi brand mats are thicker and better quality than some others I’ve tried. These last well through a lot of washes. They are more sanitary than a thick bath mat that sits there for weeks collecting dirt and mold in a moist area. You can step out of the shower onto a fresh mat. This towel is not at all absorbent unless absorbent means something else. I put it out on Friday morning, and on Saturday there is still water - ALL of the water, visibly showing on the towel. The same amount of water as before... I have never seen this with other brands yet. Just this one keeps all the water at the top.
