    • What's needed to get to those hard to reach things!

I picked this up to help a buddy who had junk behind his home furnance. Yes, sometimes things get put someplace or dropped in very dark tiny places, with practically no way to get those things out! Well, this arrived fast and when I went to my friend's home with this grabber, he didn't look too optimistic. Yes, I understood as this is very thin yet long, and clamps together in two places. Well, after 20mins getting dirt and dust in my face as I pulled out two complete 30" furnace filters, plastic bags and other trash, he was SOLD as I was, on this skinny grabber! EASY to use right off the bat, with magnets for grabbing metal things in tight far-away places! I am glad I picked this up and will be keeping this to use for my home and things lost in hidden places! I only wish this was adjustable instead of locking, so I could adjust the length. Nevertheless, I am sold on this. Just before I used it, I tested this by picked up a medium-sized book, then a smoke/fire alarm, and a few tiny things. Putting the magnets at work, I picked up a screwdriver lying nearby! I am SOLD on this and highly recommend it IF you need to find/pick up lost items in deep dark locations or behind furniture etc. ... show more

You can't grab some items. For instance, I tried to pick up a delivery from the front steps, but the grip didn't have enough traction to do this. Kept slipping off the plastic packaging. And, make sure you keep a tight hold while object is being held since there is no way to lock the grip in place. But, it did a fine job when I moved a rather heavy statue from an awkward area to a more appropriate spot. Straps on handle make it possible to hang up for storage, if desired. ... show more

I've had a few of these particular style picky sticks some of them have bit and half like these and they've been complete trash however these ones seem to bend in half and open them with a fairly sturdy cable and what I like is the snap that keeps it in place. I'm happy so far but I've only used it twice let me do it for a month and I'll rewrite my review ... show more

I love love this folding grabber tool. And what a bonus to get two of them. As I get older, I do not like bending over at much and I have been using these a lot lately. I wish I had these my whole life as it is so neat to be able to pick stuff up so easily. These also have magnets on the sides and what a great extra bonus. You can pick up almost anything with these, however, washers are a little more difficult because they are flat and hard to grasp. With the magnets, I can pick up washers and screws with ease. I kind of have to laugh as I am picking up all kinds of things in my room from tissues to socks that need washed. Again, it does not matter how old you are, these things are great. ... show more
