I had to return 2 dresses without trying them on as I was out of state when they arrived and by this time I had learned most size 10 are too small. A family member took care of the return. Grateful returns are so quick and easy.

This dress is a glitter bomb

Color: Taupe Buttonless Jacket
I like Alex Evenings dresses and have two others in a different style. This dress I had to return. The biggest problem was that it sheds glitter EVERYWHERE. What a mess. Even if it fit perfectly I would not have kept the dress. The jacket is made of a somewhat stiff material that stuck out strangely
in a couple of places. Not flattering like my other dresses from this maker.

It has adornments that appear to be glitter stuck onto the jacket for sparkle

I thought it was okay but was too big and the glitter did not give the professional special look that beading would. It might be okay for some people but as the mother of the groom I was looking for something special. I decided to return it for these two reasons.

This dress is light gray. The color is listed as smoke which as a descriptor doesn't mean anything. The picture shows it as black or very dark gray. The worst problem with the dress is that it sheds silver glitter everywhere. Very disappointed with the quality. It looks very cheap.

Very nice dress and fits very good. True to my normal size. When I opened the package glitter went everywhere. Very messy - don't know why they have to do so much of it. I have glitter all over the house and I hate glitter. Other than that, its a very nice dress (if you like glitter)

Beautiful dress but runs small
Beautiful dress but runs small. Order one size up or loose weight which is what I am trying to do so I can keep this dress! Packaging could have been better. Dress arrived folded up in a mailing envelope. As expensive/nice as this dress is, I wish the seller would have used a box to ship the dress in
stead of a plastic mailing bag.

Love love love this dress
Love this dress for my Grandson's wedding. I’m short so the tea length is a long gown for me. The first one I received was listed as tea length was but was a full length. So I reordered and the second one was correct. Easy peasy return on the first one. Love the rich color and the fit was perfect.

Glad I took a chance ordering a dress online
This was the first time I ever bought a formal dress online but the stuff in the stores wasn't working for me (I am 65 with a medium-large frame, 5'7"). I shopped upscale places including Nordstrum and Nieman Marcus as well, no luck. I bought on Amazon and chose this one that also included free retur
ns. I can't believe how well it fit and looked, a very classy style, pretty color and comfortable! I got plenty of compliments when I wore it at my son's wedding. I'm glad I discovered Amazon for dress shopping.
