LOVING this chair! The pale orange color is beautiful and matches perfectly with my setup. I also love that it has white hardware/detailing. The massager is a plus and is nice when sitting in the same position for a while. The seat is also cushiony and comfortable to sit on for a long period of time. Also love the range the recline has, you can sit with your back straight up and supported just as easily as leaning back and reclining. The only thing is that I wish it had a foot rest like some of the other colors on the listing, not sure why they don't all come with them. The ONE thing I would change is the plug for the massager. It is a USB meaning that it has to be connected to your PC or laptop. As you can imagine this can be difficult/impossible depending on your setup. I wish it was a small little box that requires batteries so you can hid it tucked into the pillow or the back of the chair and you're not worried about sliding your chair and possibly knocking down your entire computer setup. But overall is an amazing chair, the quality is great and the color is amazing. 9/10 would recommend and buy again! (PS not sure if it was just me unable to understand the photo correctly but the piece oh hardware that connects the backrest to the seat, I originally installed it backwards and was wondering why my chair couldn't go further back. I thought the angle of the piece was supposed to go along the backrest piece but it goes outward from it! (i included a picture for reference) So just an FYI to make sure that piece is the right way or else you wont the full use/comfort from the chair! :) ... show more

Let’s get the negative over with really quick so I can get to the good stuff. My only complaint thus far with this chair is the height. I would love if the chair would lower just a smidge further so it could fit under my desk. The arms lowering would work well for the problem too, so either adjustment would be great. Other than that, I love the design, color, support, and padding level. I enjoy the fact that you can leave the seat back at a locked setting, or keep it unlocked to move back at will when you lean. Needed a new chair to replace a very old office desk chair so I went with this one. I chose this specific one out of the other versions because it's fabric instead of the vinyl leather. Assembly was fine, instructions could use some improvements. Some of the screws are already in certain parts instead of the bag with the other screws, the instructions never pointed that out. It's an improvement over my old chair but not that extraordinary. The seat has dense foam, photos pointed out being soft but wasn't. The back portion was a bit smaller and shorter than I had thought it would be, I'm 5ft 6in. tall. When in the upright position, where the neck pillow is ends up slightly below my shoulders. When fully reclined it's positioned at my neck. As for the recline, photos show the degrees maxing out at 170 degrees. It did not recline that far, I would say only around 150 degrees. If there's something preventing it to do the full 170 degree like a switch on/off, that information was never pointed out. The metal pipe frame of the back is a plus for the solid structure but it's wrapped in dense foam, almost feels like it could be the foam covers that you put on water pipes to insulate them. The wheels should be trashed immediately, they're horrible on every floor surface. On carpet they definitely don't move and even on a hard surface they're difficult to move the chair even with the chair's own weight alone. The box it comes with arrived with a large hole during shipping or prior to shipping. The contents inside had no packing material to keep everything from shifting around. The accessory box was punctured through by the seat piston which may have been the cause of the outer box hole. Luckily the chair itself arrived without damage. In the end, I plan on keeping the chair as it's an improvement over my old chair. We'll see how long the chair holds up. ... show more

This chair matched my white, light blue, and orange setup better than my old one. When it arrived I noticed the orange isn't as bright as in the photos but that's fine. I wasn't the one who assembled it my father happened to visit my home while I was gone and I supposed got bored and did it for me. That being said this chair is much shorter than expected. I'm 5'5 and the neck part is at my shoulders and now looking at the photos I see that. Though why advertise it as an adult chair when it's not really made for our heights? I'll get used to it but it's a bit disappointing that I can't just lean my head back since it sits right on the edge of the top. If I slouch and sit normally it's more where it needs to be but I'm also someone who sits on my knees when I'm at my computer but didn't have an issue with my old chair. Over all if you're a shorter adult than me you should be fine other wise I would say it works better as a chair for kids. ... show more

Ignore the fact that it's missing one arm because I didn't get to it whenever I took the photo but overall this is a pretty decent chair it's comfortable and not too stiff and I'm a big person and the only complaint I have is that the bolts were already in the chair so it was kind of confusing so it made it very difficult to understand and the directions are not very clear on the paper the overall ok. ... show more
