Truly a beautiful bag, cannot count how many times I’ve been complimented while having it on. The only thing that brings it down a notch is how easily the paint chips off (or coating, whatever it is referred to) on the connecting part of the bag. For how much it costs, it’s kind of disappointing to see how easily it can wear off especially for how beautiful the bag is itself. I bet some type of protective coating would help it not come off as easily. Probably not for regular wear, but to feel boujee and pretty for a couple of nights? I went back and forth before deciding which back to purchase, and decided on the black with the little black puff ball. I was worried this bag would be too small/stiff for my liking, as I usually use a larger bag with a larger opening, but this bag has been perfect and fits everything I need (while preventing me from carrying unnecessary crap)! And I get a ton of compliments! Definitely recommend if you're going back and forth in your head about whether or not to buy!! Editing to add, I'm so bummed. The clasp for the crossbody strap broke off of my bag after just a little over 2 months of owning/using it. It can be taken off and replaced with another strap but still a bummer after spending the money on it :( ... show more

I love love love this purse. I will say I'm typically a large purse carrier but I'm trying to downsize cause my back hurts from lugging it around all the time. I love that it comes with a detachable strap so that I can take it everywhere but dress it up a bit with the strap off. It is a good size, just don't use a full size wallet because it will take up a lot of the room. I currently have my makeup bag (meduim size), full size wallet, sunglasses and headphones and I don't have much room left but it does still close easily. The detailing is also impressive and not something that is usually great with ALDO but this is a great find. The clasp does get a little scratched over time but nothing super noticeable. This purse is NOT worth $75 dollars. But, it IS worth the $40 dollars it cost me (including the tax) with courtesy credits and a 30% percent refund. The retail price is based on demand, rather than quality. It arrived with numerous loose threads I had to cut off, and a couple of shallow scratches on the flap's chain decoration. One of the D-rings was stitched onto the purse out of place. The strap's hook on that side gets stuck under the flap. So I can only use the strap when I absolutely have to be hands-free (lucky for me, that isn't often.) But that can probably be fixed with a replacement strap that has smaller/shorter hooks. I also had to use a black dry erase marker on the top handle's edge in a couple of spots. The glaze had chipped off, and exposed the brown color of the handle's material. I don't expect this purse to last more than one year. However, the purse does look chic and came with a nice matching pom-pom. The faux leather looks good and doesn't have a shine that makes it look cheap. The black matte finish on the metal components elevates the look of the purse. But the overall quality doesn't justify the current retail price. My very durable Micheal Kors and Coach purses cost me just a little bit more than the retail price of this Aldo purse. ... show more
