While it looks and feels good under my feet, it is rather narrow. They could add a foot to the width as my heels usually ride the edge of the mat. I like the novelty of the mat and it does look nice in my kitchen but again it is not as wide as the mat I had down on the floor before this one. Also, it moves a lot more than it should, require taping the bottom to keep it in place. Nice size but it slips. No grip on it at all. Do on use on linoleum, or other hard floor surfaces with out getting some rug grips to hold it in place.
