So TLDR, product requires a lot of work to install but is good otherwise. Initially, I would give 1 star due to how hard it is to install, but they were very quick to offer help and everything went smoothly. The bolts to anchor the product to the roof is too short(in theory is just the right length if you can actually align it and thread it). I contacted them about this and went to a hardware store in the mean time. Customer support reached back to my issue within 24 hours, and was very helpful. I included their identifying chart with my review so any one wondering can see what i am talking about. The bolts marked G, which are long M6 socket head bolts, are flat ended, not slightly longer and tapered, so guiding the bolt into the mounting threads are hard. Basically comes down to each vehicle's tolerance. So for potential buyers, here's what I had to do to work around this. I had two options, and this was before their customer support replied. 1, buy the same sized bolt but longer, see the second image. You will want about 98mm to 100mm, don't get the one I showed, which are 6mm too long. My kia soul worked with the 106mm bolts perfect for the front bar, but these bolts are 6mm too long for the back bar. I suggest purchasing some m6 100mm bolts if you wish to not go through the pain I did. 2, If you have copper crush washers for pipe work, or have a bolt tapering cutter, the combination of these two might work, but I would still recommend the first option of just buying some longer bolts. The width of the product is adjustable, so they'll fit much wider roofs and you can adjust, so they fit my soul no issue. The base is plastic but after installing they didn't budge and driving highway there wasn't much wind noise or roof rattles. So pretty solid. Overall, good customer support and product. They told me that they will reflect this to their factory and make some adjustments so there would not be issues in the future. ... show more

Just installed on 2015 Kia Soul. Everything fits and looking pretty sturdy. Only thing I wish that was better is the rubber base and base plate fitted better to vehicle.

Very strong and sturdy. Fits my 2016 kia soul. Only issue i would say is that im 5’5 and struggled putting the long bolt through top but i managed lol

    • Screws did not fit my 2014 Kia Soul
Everything was great until I went to fasten the roof rack to the top of my 2014 Kia Soul. The screws did not fit into the holes on the roof. Just a tad too big. Description said it would fit my car, but that was not true. I sent it back.:(
