The original light had an issue in the electrical, it was not found until we had put it together which was a slight inconvenience as there are many parts. The company quickly resent another one and was extremely helpful and diligent in their support. The light is very elegant, and the crystals are beautiful, The gold on the electrical component looked a little pinkish, but when it was installed, that concern was covered up with the crystals. It is so elegant, that I now have to add a touch more elegance to my home to blend in well with the light. Well worth the cost. ... show more

Sadly it left the factory damaged. One of the lightbulb sockets was deformed / bent. Shipping box / packing was intact. Also, don’t understand why they don’t include longer hanging wire so you can install it on a high / vaulted ceiling. It’s way too short so you don’t have an option to get extra hanging chain as electrical wire wouldn’t reach. They need to fix that. ... show more

I really like how it looks, it's very nice for any high ceiling space. But I'm very disappointed cuz it only comes with 5 extra diamonds and mine came with more that 15 diamonds broke or scratch. The seller has to do a better job on packaging the diamonds or simply send like 20 extra pieces. But it's a truly beautiful chandelier overall. ... show more
