These lights come with a wiring harness connector that you have to run under the box to the conjunction box that connects with the main harness. Love the look of these lights on my truck! Great price and easy installation. The only negative is one of the reverse lights is MUCH brighter than the other one. I didn't reuse my old bulbs. I purchased new ones. I am wondering if I can purchase LED reverse bulbs- without it melting the housing?

These tail lights are AWESOME! I honestly thought they would have far less of a smoked lense and almost be grayish clear, but they are pretty dark. Look very nice on a black 2011 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax. I personally have not seen these exact lights (with the dark lense) on another Silverado and the style almost makes them look as though they could be an OEM style part. I bought JDM AStar LED 6K backup lights to go with and the overall look definitely gives the tail end of the truck a whole new look. ... show more

had these on for a few months and haven't had any issue. no moisture issues, fit well and look great. **Update- started to have some moisture. Then after a few months the driver's side broke and the whole taillight fell out. There are still chunks of plastic around the screws, it was not "too tight". Seems they are made cheap and break. I contacted the seller and their response was simply "sorry to hear". Do not buy this product or anything from this seller ... show more

I used this product for my 2012 Silverado 1500 LT. Pics on instagram @hiccup_and_friends . Installation was a simple plug and play, but you should know what you are doing before attempting. I have been running them for 3 months now and have had no issues. They have survived driving through torrential rain and flood waters here in the Gulf Coast of Texas. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the fitment. It is not perfect, and getting the screws to thread is sort of a pain in the a**. Like stand on one leg and point your foot in the right direction for it to go in smoothly. Once you do it a few times though you get the hang of it and you should be fine as long as you do not ruin the threads. I would highly recommend these tail lights to anyone. ... show more

once these things came in i feel in deep awkward love with them, they looked awesome! You do though have to install the 2 outlet harness on it which wasnt overall difficult. And re silicone the headlights due to the seal problem but overall so far had it for about 2 months and no problems! They look awesome! I will be updating ... show more

Great lights. Mine plugged in above my spare tire to a junction box. True plug and play. Came with everything I needed. No instructions but it's not hard to figure out. Re-used my reverse light. The reverse light isn't the brightest but they sure look good.
