I did not want a gel polish dryer. This one works great for regular polish. I only dry one hand at a time under it- my opinion is it's not wide enough to put all 8 fingers & 2 thumbs under it at the same time.

This product works great! The cold option is just the fan mode, the hot option uses the same power but a nice heated option. Just DO NOT unscrew the small 'fuse' thingie while plugged in. I'll admit I didn't really look to see exactly what it was and thought it might adjust the air distribution....nope, it's the fuse that controls the heated option lol. It tightens, but will fall out if you unscrew too much, and it sparked when I unscrewed it enough for the small 'fuse' to fall out 😰 so don't make that mistake. Used product for short period of time and turned off. Tried to turn back on and it never worked again. Tried letting it cool, different outlet and things beyond your trouble-shooting suggestions. This was not the cheapest option available and was highly recommended. What a waste of my time and energy. Return process was cumbersome if you don't live in an urban area, especially for something that didn't work. Placed burden on customer not you. Sending me to location approx. 50 miles away (actual driving distance) or asking me to bear the cost of making the return (esp. for something that didn't work) is unacceptable. Your return options didn't seem to take into account that item didn't work and there is no way to contact you to discuss. Obviously unhappy w/ my experience. ... show more
