  • This is a great brush! Highly recommended!
Style: 32mm-1.3 Inch (2.4 Inch with Bristles)
So far I love this brush! The clips that came with it are the best!! I bought a box of those clips a few months ago and loved them so I felt good about ordering the brush of the same brand. Bottom line, pick the right size for you and try this brush! My experience: My hair is not layered and about an inch past my shoulder blades. I have a lot of hair but it is really fine. My hair is a combination of 1A and 2A. It doesn't hold any kind of style very easily or for very long and is only wavy in the back but under the top layer of 1A hair that grows down the back from the crown. I have to use products and appliances that are gentle and stick with lower heat settings or my hair will burn. I have wasted a lot of money on round brushes. The common issue for me was all the brushes had tiny gaps where, for example, the brush and the handle were assembled. That gap would grab one strand of my hair at a time and put it out. I was never able to determine if it would make my hair look good or not. It was returned or thrown away for this reason. This brush does not do that. It appears to be assembled tightly. I know some reviewers showed that their brush broke. I will update if mine does but so far it seems to be well-made. Of the four sizes they offered, I bought the second one, 1.3/2.4 inch. For my hair's length I should buy the next size up, but if I get the larger circumference then the top inch or so of my hair doesn't get onto the brush and I really need that lift at the root. If my hair was more coarse or more wavy a larger brush would be better but my very fine hair needs this size. I noticed some reviewers said the brush damaged their hair. I thought carefully about that and decided to try it anyway. My blowout went better than it has ever gone with any other brush! Looks like the I went to the salon. It is lightweight and easy to hold. My hair dried faster with this ceramic coated barrel so less heat on my delicate hair. I wonder if reviewers who said it damaged their hair were wrapping their hair all the way around the brush starting up high, and then pulling it all the way through to the ends. If so, that's why their hair was so damaged. Nearly any round brush will destroy your hair if you don't use it carefully. There are videos out there that show you how to use a round brush. That's how I learned. I dry my hair in about the same size sections as I would curl with my wand. First I dry the roots a little with no brush. Then I divide the top, sides, and back into 4 big sections. The I section the top section horizontally and start drying smaller sections with the round brush. I pick up a section, place the round brush at the root under the hair, lift up and about a 1/4 turn, and blow the top side of that section, not the underside, so the air is pointing down on my hair. The heat goes into my hair and straight into the the part of the brush that's touching my hair. So my hair takes the curved shape of the brush and gives me more lift. If I blow from the bottom, I'm heating the side of the brush that has no hair on it, and drying the hair underneath without the benefit of the brush. So I lift, dry for a few seconds, turn the brush back to where I started, slide it down my hair a little and repeat until I get to the end. After I've done my whole head, I go back to the ends to finish my style for the day. You can roll just the ends all the way around the brush, turn on your hairdryer, and create whatever bevel you want--flip them up, turn them under, out to the side a bit--whatever you like. The second day I use my ceramic flat iron at a low heat and restyle the roots and ends of my hair. The ceramic plates seal the hair and I get a day 2 that I don't have to do much to my hair. This brush didn't damage my hair, pull my hair out, tangle, or hurt. Any round brush will damage your hair if you twist your hair around it and pull the brush through your hair, especially while it's wet and you're concentrating heat on it. Plus the hair under the brush gets picked up and pulled into the brush going the wrong direction so when you twist the brush into your hair it knots and tangles and you get even more damage. I am really pleased with how my hair looks blowing it out with this brush. It's full considering its texture, soft and smooth, no tangles. Very few hairs in the brush which is really important! I hope this information is helpful to someone. ... show more

  • Great brush!
Style: 43mm-1.7 Inch (2.9 Inch with Bristles)
I was trying to replace a round brush I had, but couldn't find one the same exact size. The one I bought in the store was too small, and just tangles my hair in the brush. This one was slightly larger than what I was looking for, but it turned it PERFECT!! I have fine, thin, medium-length, dry hair. It has a natural curl/wave when wet, but I straighten it every day, by doing a blow-out, followed by a straightener iron. The first time I used this brush, I was very impressed with the results! No static, no tangling up in my hair, no overheating of the metal part of the brush, and best of all, no frizziness! My hair felt very soft, smooth, shiny and healthy for the first time in a long time!! I didn't even have to use the hot iron afterward, and I have my best hair days ever!!! I wish I'd bought it sooner!!!!! It's large, but not awkward to use like some brushes can be. The bristles aren't hard/ sharp, and feel good on my scalp. And it also came with hair clips to use to section out your hair while styling. I'm clumsy at times, and I've dropped it, but it didn't break or crack the handle (which is what lead me to purchase this one as a replacement. ) Highly recommend!!! Well worth the price! ... show more

  • Here are the Pros and Cons
Style: 53mm-2.1 Inch Brush
As someone with thick, wavy hair that's prone to frizz, I'm always on the hunt for hair brushes and styling tools that can help me achieve a smooth, sleek look. I decided to try out this ceramic round brush after reading rave reviews about how well it creates a salon-quality blowout, so I was eager to put it to the test. Pros: - Ceramic barrel helps distribute heat evenly and gently - Vented design allows for faster drying time - Lightweight and easy to maneuver - Available in multiple sizes to suit different hair lengths/types - Smoothes hair and creates volume at roots - Adds shine and reduces frizz - Does not pull or damage hair if used properly Cons: - Can damage hair if used incorrectly by wrapping hair completely around barrel - Larger barrel may not grip shorter layers of hair I love how lightweight and easy to maneuver this brush is. I chose the 1.3/2.4 inch barrel size which is perfect for adding body at my roots while smoothing and straightening the rest of my strands. My hair looks noticeably shinier and frizz-free after using this brush. It creates a smooth, sleek blowout just like I'd get at the salon! Hope this review helped! ... show more

  • Pleased!
Style: 43mm-1.7 Inch (2.9 Inch with Bristles)
This is my first round brush purchase because I've been wanting to learn how to do a blow out and I really like this brush! It was almost 20 bucks, so at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much on a hair brush, however, it worked great! As I was blow drying my hair, the brush glided smoothly with no tugging or tangling. The circumference was perfect too for nice flared ends. I love that it came with high quality duck clips too. ... show more

Hair came out really nice and shiny. Love the grip. It's easy to hold onto and the nonslip grip is just perfect. Also really liked the free hair clips that came with it. I'll have to buy some more!

  • Brush
Style: 43mm-1.7 Inch (2.9 Inch with Bristles)
It’s a nice brush and probably very good for someone with thinner hair than me I have very thick coarse hair, I need a heavier brush with a little longer bristles
