Easy to use (just like a giant Android-based mobile phone without the calling capability), performs quick/well, built well, nice size. Wish there were more cover choices specifically made for this model, but some generic covers should work just fine.

    • When on sale, it's a good bargain.
My previous tablets all had Android 10 or 11 with 10.1" screens and 1920 x 1200 resolution. I got this tablet as an upgrade. How does it measure up? The screen is slightly longer and wider than a 10.1" screen while the tablet body itself is nearly the same size. Not too heavy, so it's easy to hold for extended periods. Comes with a pre-installed screen protector. The display is crisp, clear, and very responsive to touch. However, there's very little noticeable difference between 1920 x 1200 (HD) and 2000 x 1200 (2K). It's definitely a beautiful screen though. The wifi performance is good, but I don't believe this tablet has WiFi-6 (which would give the best performance with other devices that support Wi-Fi-6). Still, it offers quick speeds (2.4ghz and 5ghz) and a stable connection at a good distance. Android 13 is a great OS, but I'm truly surprised this tablet doesn't have the basic features "Lift to Wake" or "Double Tap to Wake". Sadly, it will require installing an additional app to get those features. It also lacks the ability to unlock with facial recognition, which some tablets offer. There doesn't appear to be any further OS updates or security updates available. The last security update was November 2023. The 6000mah battery performance is about standard for this price range. Nothing amazing, but it gets the job done. Camera quality is better than tablets from a few years ago, but nothing amazing. Overview: Very good display quality. Good WiFi speeds. Responsive touch sensitivity. Good CPU performance (app response time is excellent). A nice amount of RAM and storage space. A great basic tablet.     • Great Value Tablet with Great Customer Service

I have to admit I expected a lot less from this tablet given it's price and brand. I am also somewhat of a snob when it comes to mobile devices. Wow, was I surprised! It's a fantastic device for the money. Relatively fast, decent screen, and very usable. I stopped using my phone all of the time and switched to this. The size is a good compromise between portability and usability. At around $150 it's a great value. I would also like to mention the great customer service I received. Unfortunately, my tablet came damaged and the screen didn't work quite right due how it was handled somewhere along the way. Aigo contacted me to check on my purchase right about the time I was going to return it. They offered to replace the device and told me to keep the damaged one. I had a new one that worked great before the week was over. This is not the kind of experience I get from most sellers here on Amazon and I was very impressed. Awesome! Thanks Aigo! ... show more

Can't run Netlix or Hulu on this tablet which is the entire reason I bought it. I had no idea that there were devices you could not run these apps on. Netflix says it is not a secure tablet and thus they refuse to run on it. Feels like a waste of money chinese spyware tablet now.

I wanted to like this for the price point, but it's going back. The screen was brilliant, the speakers were decent and it seemed to run well enough. I didn't even mind the plastic casing. That was up until I was unable to download Netflix and Hulu. Those apps are not compatible with the device for some reason. Another app didn't function like it was supposed to which was annoying. Although I searched for a fix the only work around was to go thru the browser. Which I'd rather not do, hence downloading apps. So, that was the deal breaker for me as streaming is the main use. ... show more
