My husband and I are impressed with the quality of the car seat material. It is thicker than we anticipated. He loves how the car seat covers look and feel in our FJ. The hardest part about installing the covers was opening the metal hooks wide enough to insert the straps into them. It took both of us to do that. It was also a little difficult fitting the strap that connects the front to the back of the seat cover above the seat arm rests. I managed to make it work. And, it would be nice if the straps that go under the back and bottom seat cushions were an inch longer. The little plastic rings eventually slip forward when we get on and off the seat covers. We have to push the rings back through and resecure them every few days. However, those are minor issues. The seat covers fit over the headrests and look so good that we decided not to install the head rest covers. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to enjoying the seat covers for many years. ... show more

These look very classy in my Jeep Renegade. I got them to protect the seats from sand and salt water, and so far they are holding up nicely. They're easy to clean (if you have a vacuum to get in the crevices) and smell nice (leather ^-^). They were a little difficult to install- a 2 person job for sure. Not complicated, just require someone to push the straps through the seats while someone else pulls from the other side. Once on, they fit very well and snug. Other than the back of the headrests, they almost look like they came this way in the vehicle. I do wish the plastic tabs that hold the seats on at the back were: #1 not plastic, but metal. They do not feel like they're going to hold up over time with the amount of pressure on them, especially if you have to adjust the seats a lot. #2 not ivory/white. My interior is black, as are the seat covers I purchased, so you would think they would come matching the covers. They did not, and they stand out, and it's quite ugly. Thankfully these are very near the floor so not very noticeable, but what an odd choice. ... show more

I feel like i need a few months before I write this review, as the last set of car seat covers i purchased fell apart after I wrote the review. This set is markedly nicer. The material feels very nice and sturdy. the covers seat really comfortably. The reason i took a star away is that the instructions for installation do not account for a power seat. I don't lie the fact that the "stoppers"-pieces which keep the cover in place-are plastic, and the metal clips were soft on one side, but I hope they hold. The only issues I see right off the at is the power seat installation issue-the provided hardware does NOT work if you have a power seat, which most driver seats these days are. The cover went on without a problem on the passenger side seat, which is not powered. The problem is that on a power seat, there is nothing the hooks can grab on to, so they are useless. We hooked them on the plastic case of the bottom of the seat, but that is absolutely not ideal, and likely won't hold. Quality-wise, the covers are really nice. The stitchwork is pretty. This seemed to be good quality product. I bought front and back seats for a trailblazer specifically. Front seats were ok. A little loose. The back seat did not work at all. Wanted me to pull out seat. I couldn't do that. The stoppers they gave me, i couldn't even get my hands in the places where it said they should go. Very loose. Very disappointed. ... show more

    • Nice enough option on a budget

Decided I wanted full leather seat covers for my 2022 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and ordered these. I've had them installed for well over a year now and have both some pros and cons to share. They fit pretty well, definitely designed to fit to the seats themselves, but their anchoring mechanisms are loose at best so the covers tend to shift very easily. The headrest covers are a joke but work. This applies to both the front and rear covers. For those looking to get the most life out of them I'd recommend getting creative and securing them down better than what the manufacturer included. Maybe consider finding and buying aftermarket headrests so it isn't overly loose and tacky. Cleaning them is pretty easy, just use your favorite brand leather cleaner/conditioner, and wipe down thoroughly after a good vacuuming. I haven't had to remove them to clean them, everything is pretty accessible, and nothing gets buried in them. Wear and tear is where these start to fail in my experience. I'm not rough nor do I treat my car roughly, I get in and out daily for work, as most would with their daily driver, and my driver side has already started to fall apart (The seam came loose easily 6mo into using them). The leather is also starting to wear out, I'm thinking its the oversized lip where they stitched the side and front together, so instead of flexing with the seat as I get in and out, it pulls instead. Poor design but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this set for a budget, especially if you have kids, but if you're financially flexible and/or patient I would save up and either get a much nicer set with a better fit or pay to have full leather installed. That or get the EX-L/Touring trim which includes full leather interior. ... show more
