Simple to install, works great, amazing price! I really liked the simplicity of installing these! I was able to link them all together very easily and route the wires through the cabinets as needed for a clean look. I did have to purchase the additional extension cables to get over the stove and over the window to the single cabinet. Some of the connectors need to be twisted just right or they tend to flicker a bit during install. But once you have it positioned right, shouldn’t be an issue! I didn’t notice any substantial warmth to them so I’m happy about that. They provide more than enough adhesive strips (which I’m using and haven’t noticed any weakness yet) the black clips they provide are great, could have a little more but overall enough for my project. THE BEST PART: I was able to hook these up to my Feit Electric smart plugs. So I’m able to set them on a timer, turn them on and off with Alexa or with the app. Super stoked about that. Really enjoy the dimmer. Would say i have them set to about 60% brightness in the photo. I set the dimmer, leave the power switch on and then let the smart plug do the work. Amazing. I installed these in the the cabinet I use to house my 3D printer. The only thing I didn't like was the cheap screws that they ship with the package for the clips. This seems to be the typical corner-cutter for anything that requires assembly. The screws were sloppy on the screwdriver tip and would easily snap off. ... show more

What a great deal. This was a bigger kit then I needed (I only used 4 of the lights). The install was super easy and the included 'Y' allowed me to get both sides (going around the stove) without any added parts etc. Also, used an Alexa compatible plug for voice on and off. My installation notes: (about 1 hour with cleanup) 1. Power was provided by plug in cabinet above the microwave so no wires showing. 2. Needed a 1/2 inch paddle bit to drill the holes for wiring. 3. Needed an Alexa compatible 'plug' for off and on. Dimming was not needed. I did install the dimmer that came with the unit but only to find the right brightness we wanted. Turns out brightest worked out. 4. I used the stickies provided for mounting the light bars. The kit also comes with metal clips you can screw in but I thought they were to much of a hassle to line up for each light etc.. 5. I also only needed one of the included wire clips. (used to hide any 'extra' wire between lights. Also included in the kit.) ... show more
