I was looking for an inexpensive, nice and street legal helmet. It was a tight fit when I first tried it on, but I’ve only briefly worn a helmet in the past. I ordered the larger end of my measurement and fits much better after wearing it a little bit. I feel it was a good buy. Please note in the image there is a film over the shade. I took it off after the picture. It’s pretty easy to lift the mouth cover after ensuring the clear eye cover is lifted. I’m wearing it a lot right now to get the shape of my head before I ride. Best helmet I've ever had - and among the best priced - the versatility of this helmet amazes me every time I put it on. Two visors, a sunglass version and a clear one .. both are always ready. No need to switch them out like other helmets. The face plate moving open is a benefit I never though I needed, until I had it. Way easier to put on and take off. Then while wearing it - you can take a quick drink, or bite of a candy bar without removing the helmet. Seems like just a little inconsequential thing, until you find yourself doing it all the time. Someone I know recently had an accident while wearing this helmet, and it saved their head from serious injury, so I bought one for myself. I find the helmet not too heavy, is comfortable to wear, and I really like the way the breath guard rises to meet the inner drop down sun visor. The only wish I had was that the chin strap cloth was a little shorter as I have to overlap them, but that's a personal preference. Overall I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

Great helmet. I wanted some protection going from no helmet to a surplus army helmet plastic liner. I have a custom fat tire ebike that goes 40mph and is decked out to look like a motorcycle with fairing headlight blinkers hand guards etc etc. I ride aggressively. My head measure 24inches across the brow and about 23 5/8 above the brow. It fits perfectly not to tight that it squeezes my head and is stable. I would say it will fit a slightly larger head maybe 1/4 to 3/8 without being to tight that it is uncomfortable. It is hard to breathe if you have some pedaling like on a ebike so I removed the lower chin seal and the cheek padding to hear better and keep cooler. It has 3 orange snaps under the padding. If operates great. Locking button to flip up and locking lever for the tinted visor. I removed the clear visor to see how it is done and it removes fairly easily but I would take care while doing it. This helmet is very good and gives a good value of your money. Fits perfectly based on the size chart. Air flow is great. Although the visor fogs up, but it never claims to be anti-fog.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST when ordering this brand helmet to order ONE SIZE LARGER THAN YOUR ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS. I order to my exact head measurements and the helmet is still TOO SNUG AND *smaller* inside. I would've sent it back in a ❤️ beat however I have grandkids that like riding with me and their own bikes as well So, "SAVED BY THE BELL" LITERALLYEE!! ... show more
